We enjoyed everything. The moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and kindness. They upgraded our room and we could not have been happier. The breakfast was great and of course the location was perfect. I was there for work but my wife and kids went to Disney. We will be back!

The breakfast was good, I especially like the little Mickey Mouse waffles lol. The room was beautiful and spacious, but it was located directly above all the heating and air conditioning systems and it was an annoying vibration that kept me awake. I had to move to the bed furthest away from the window, which did help and I was able to sleep, but I don’t think all of that electrical machinery was good for my body. And there was no view. My only view was of the parking garage.

I didn’t like the view which was the parking garage and I didn’t like the electrical systems a.k.a. air conditioning and heating systems that were directly below me, causing an intense vibration trying to sleep was impossible in the bed closest to the window. Thankfully, I was the only one in the room and could move to the bed closest to the bathroom, which was better as far as the vibration went, and I was able to sleep. However, it did concern me to be so close to all that electrical machinery, and what the lack of health it could be for my body.

Location was wonderful with just under a mile from the Disneyland Resort entrance. Rooms and hotel grounds were clean. Free breakfast was fantastic and different everyday, but always had the classic Mickey waffles and even offered Nutella spread which my kids loved. Pool is shallow enough to not have to worry about little ones who are decent swimmers and huge hot tub is a great plus.

Our suite was smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but was adequate for our 4 days there with a kitchen, table, living room, and bedroom with 2 beds. Missed having a bathtub to soak in after walking the parks but the glass door shower was good enough. Housekeeping was for some reason difficult to schedule even though we were gone from the room every morning and every evening. We like to relax in the room in the afternoons and that always seemed to be when they wanted to come to vacuum and clean for our every-other-day cleaning.

It was very close to Disneyland! If you cross the traffic light twice, you'll find Disneyland about 10 minutes away. The staff was very friendly! It's my first time traveling to the US, so I asked a lot of questions in the chat, and they answered everything kindly! I was worried because my flight arrived early, but the hotel checked in regardless of the time! The room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a vending machine in the hotel. It was nice to have a mart or drug store near the hotel! Breakfast was actually not good because it didn't fit the American style, but the orange juice and yogurt were so good! It was nice to have a large refrigerator in the room and cooking utensils! It was fun to be able to use Disneyland comfortably while staying at the hotel :)

The room felt like we were at home. The commodities in the room were excellent. The breakfast was great! The location of the room was excellent. The location of the hotel was excellent walking distance.

I needed to get a late check out. I called in the evening and they could not accommodate. By the time I called early in the am the late check outs were taken. There has to be a better process to do this.

Good size rooms with good amenities inc kitchen and a large fridge. Breakfast was included and was a very good range of hot and cold options. My daughter is Coeliac and they provided gluten free bagels, toast and muffins which was amazing.

We originally had booked for 2 nights. We then decided to have an extra day at Disneyland. So we had 2 separate bookings. They have a policy of servicing the rooms every 2nd day. We assumed that they would service the room after the 2nd night, but because it was the first night of a second booking, we came back after a long day at Disney to an unserviced room. So 3 nights at the hotel with no servicing of the beds or bathroom

Loved the facilities! Plus it was very clean

We did not have a good experience with the lady who checked us in. When we asked if we could have someone make up the sofa bed (someone offered to do this for us at the residence inn we stayed at a week prior at LAX), she just said “the sheets are in the cupboard” and didn’t even make eye contact. We then asked about a Disneyland poster that was on the bench and she said “I don’t know what that is, it’s just an ad”. She didn’t even try to ask someone else about it. She hardly made eye contact the whole entire time and was so rude to us. It wasn’t a very good first impression of the hotel.

I've had the pleasure of staying at five different hotels within walking distance to Disneyland, but this one truly stands out as my absolute favorite! The room is incredibly spacious, boasting a beautiful full kitchen that's perfect for preparing meals and snacks during your Disney adventure. The attention to detail and modern amenities make this hotel feel like a home away from home. The proximity to Disneyland is unbeatable, allowing you to easily pop back to your room for a break or stroll over to the park whenever you're ready for more magic. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and memorable Disneyland experience!"

The hotel was very conveniently located, 10 min walk to Disneyland. A very safe environment to walk in. The staff was helpful with question I asked them. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, smelled clean (which is a big deal to me). The kitchen was well equipped for making a meal. The laundry facilities were easy to use and centrally located. We rented a car to get to hotel and to get to our next destination and they had on-site parking at affordable rate. Overall, a great hotel with excellent staff that made our trip a breeze for accommodations.

I didn't like the bodywash/shampoo. Wouldn't foam unless using REALLY large amount. I typically pack my own but wanted to try their stuff. Not a big deal overall.

Nathan is amazing and he looked after our family while we stayed for 5 days. He went above and beyond to make our experience at the Residence Inn top notch and he deserves a pay rise. We will definitely return to The Residence Inn because of Nathan. We came for Disneyland with a family of 7 from NZ. From check-in to check-out we had no problems The parking facilities are close by and you pay $30.00 USD per day which is worth it as you would have to pay for parking at Disneyland anyway Disneyland is a walk away The hotel is close the many shops and the 7 Eleven was handy. The beds were amazing as our family done 3 days of Disneyland so required a good nights rest Breakfast was top notch and my family enjoyed this every morning. The mickey mouse waffles were a hit with the whole family and the options of refills with the beverages The pool was amazing and they even had a jacuzzi for a after a long day at Disneyland was a great massage from the Jets
