First, front desk customer service. They were very welcoming and accommodating. I feel very comfortable walking up to see friendly faces to seek help. Second, breakfast buffet crew. They were very helpful and hardworking. They always made sure people had good clean tables, and go extra mile to provide what we needed. Third, accessibility. The property is close to everything. Disneyland is about 10-minutes walk, lots of restaurants close by, and pharmacy is just across the hotel. Fourth, comfortable beds. The beds were warm and soft with soft and clean pillows and sheets. Fifth, housekeeping did a great job! They provided us with clean towels and toiletries when we needed them.

In the kitchen, the dishwasher was rusty and had stains or soap residues. It needs to be cleaned for next guest to use. The window shade, had loose rod that fell off.

We like the proximity, 15mins walk to Disneyland gate. Lots of restaurant options surrounding it. Even convenience store and Walgreens/CVS close the hotel. Room is spacious. Bed comfortable. Staff accommodating & pleasant.

Water pressure in the shower is kind of low. And when you turn the faucent to hot, it dispense white cloudy water. Breakfast was delicious but I was hoping for more options. Maybe a suggestion that they can have chef who can cook eggs the way you like it. And the timings for bfast hopefully can extend till 11am. Most of the families staying late at the park coming home late. And its hard to wake up very early in the morning and make it to 9am or 10am bfast.

Pool view is only a pool view if you’re room is in the east wing otherwise it’s parking lot and the pool looks like a distant spec in the parking lot. Also, elevators are REALLY far from the west wing. I think this is because there are businesses (Walgreens, Starbucks, dim sum, etc,) are along the bottom floor so elevators can only be in the middle of the building where the lobby is located. However, I think this is how they can keep their rates affordable so it is 100% worth it!! Hyatt staff is always REALLY friendly and nice! Like the best I’ve experienced and we travel ALOT! (Hilton and Wyndham members) Hyatts always the best when it comes to customer service. Thank you for the hospitality!

Location was comfortable walking distance. Breakfast had variety to choose from. Room was clean and comfortable.

Parking fees are a little high, especially when hotels across the street are half the price. The room key to get in and out of the garage is confusing. The garage is a tight fit for large trucks. The ramp leading in/out of the garage could use lane striping to alert drivers that it is the only ramp in/out of garage. Parking spaces in the garage need to have specific parking spots marked for compact cars. SUV's and trucks should have designated parking spaces and only compact cars should park on corners. It is very hard to make turns in larger vehicles like trucks and suburban's when a large vehicle is parked on an end corner. Luggage carts located in garage elevator stairwells would be nice since that is where we unload/load.

Room size was lovely. The free breakfast was also surprisingly nice. Location to Disney was great, the reason we booked. Its close enough to allow us to leave the park at 4pm, come back for a quick swim and shower, before heading back in for the evening. Read a few reviews about tight car park spaces but we found it quite generous. The staff here are great. The lady who checked us in would always seem to be on reception when we were going or coming back, and would always speak to us. Lovely welcome!

The pool area was dirty when we arrived around 4,30pm for a swim. They offer free towels but the used ones were just piled high from the day. The hot tub had bit of what looked like small stones or sand - no idea where these would come from. I appreciate its not a manned pool but some upkeep during the day would be expected. The showers were also poor. Very weak water output and took ages to drain.

Full breakfast in morning I with great staff. Location was wonderful.

Towels were of low quality and noises outside, truck bay, woke us up very early in the morning.

The suite was a family room with a king bed in one area and bunk beds with a sofa bed in the other area. It had a sliding door to separate the rooms. It also had a mini fridge and microwave. I liked that the restroom had a a full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner container in the shower area. But especially loved that we were able to check into our room early, especially because we had traveled from far and I got food poisoning. It was nice to be able to lay down and get better. Walgreens, Starbucks, blaze pizza and a delicious Asian restaurant were only feet away. I forgot to mention that breakfast was really good as well. Staff was friendly and Disneyland was a 0.6 walk away or a $6 uber /Lyft ride.

There was an awful sewage smell in the garage and elevator. Parking was $30 a night.

Cecilia at front desk was amazing!! Friendly, smiling. Ensured we received a room that met our requests and then some. Per my request, she ensured we were on the highest level, furthest away from the stairs / elevator. She is one of the best front desk personnel I have ever encountered. The Security Guard brought us a cart to transport our luggage when he saw we were struggling to carry the bags. The room was GREAT. Clean, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great!! Good selection. My family loved the Tater Tots!! lol

The bedroom door didnt stay open. So we had to prop it open. Neither did the bathroom door - but that’s not so much an issue. The room lamps’ plugs do not hold a charger well. They’re too loose. It has to be manipulated so that it works.

We stayed here for our Disneyland trip. It was a great location. Bonus was the breakfast. The front and kitchen staff was very good. They were very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Not that the hotel can do anything about it but the room above ours was very noisy. They probably had kids that kept running back and forth and jumping on the beds. You can clearly hear it early in the morning and at night. Thankfully, it was only for 3 of the 5 days we were there. Also, I woke up at 3am with a bug bite, not a spider, but a bug of some sort. WIth throbbing pain. It was just one red dot and my left pointer and middle swelled up and started numbing. We ended up going to urgent care and got some meds. We told the front desk about and they changed all of our sheets.
