Excellent location in proximity to Disneyland, staff were very friendly and welcoming, housekeeping took out the garbage, refreshed our towels, and restocked our coffee but did not make our beds (they will make your bed upon request - I don't like my bed being made so I appreciated this level of service immensely). And staff brought icees with little umbrellas to the pool area - I thought that was sweet.

The AC in our room made a clicking sound (like a hot water pilot light trying to be lit) sporadically. The bed was a bit too firm for my preference, but after a long day at Disneyland, I didn't notice (the first night before Disneyland I noticed).

The room was spacious, clean, and the location of the facility is a short walk from the park.

I do not like that I have to pay to park my vehicle. I am paying to stay there and parking my car should not be an additional charge. Also the tub drained very slowly until I removed the drain plug.

The location of the room was perfect close to my car I did not need to wait for an elevator or use stairs great after a long day of walking around Disney. Room was near the pool Disneyland less than 5mins away the complimentary drinks after a long day was awesome frozen drinks and ice cold water infused with fresh fruit. The watermelon was the best! Staff was very nice upon arrival my room was not ready but gave me a key to the pool was really nice wait was less than 20 min the pool was so nice on a hot day music playing and patio with tables sit. The ac in the room was awesome! Loading and unloading my luggage from my car to my room was literally outside my door the staff even brought me a cot for my son I had forgot I had requested which worked out perfectly the size of the room was perfect for my family room was clean beds very comfortable I will be back soon!

Enjoyed everything

I liked that the staff was friendly, they had a family friendly bar on the roof with great food and service. I also enjoyed that it was less than a 10min walk away from the entrance to Disney.

I personally didn't like how some of the room advertisement was. So I was told it was a two bedroom suite for like $800. Come to find out that a two bedroom suite still has only one bathroom. The living room area which turns into a room because of the extra bed you can request and the pull out couch that is what makes it 2 bedrooms. a THREE Bedroom suite is the one that has two rooms with two bathrooms. I personally admit that it was my misunderstanding but I just thought it to be odd since two bedrooms means two bedrooms.

The room is a 5 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland. We had friends visit us and their son had an accident while napping on the bed. I had requested fresh sheets for the one bed. We left for the park and when I came back, they had recleaned the entire room for us. Totally unexpected! The staff were so friendly and amazing. We ended our short stay at the child friendly pool before the noon checkout. Most checkouts are earlier, so my family enjoyed sleeping in and still being able to enjoy the pool. This is going to be our go to hotel when we visit Disneyland!

Nothing to dislike. It was an amazing experience.

This marks our third consecutive year choosing this hotel for our anniversary, and once again, the staff has exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail and commitment to creating memorable experiences is truly remarkable. Every interaction, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, has been positive and filled with genuine care. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our anniversary celebration so incredibly special. Your warmth, thoughtfulness, and dedication to your guests are truly appreciated. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

PERFECT location right across the street from the Disney parks, clean rooms and grounds, quiet, we could see the Disney fireworks the first night from just outside our room (top floor, s/e corner), room service takes out the trash and supplies new towels every day, nice hot showers, toilet/shower separate from the vanity/sinks, fridge and microwave in room, spacious, laundry facilities available (until 10 pm), has pool (didn't use though), has ice machines (but not on all floors), nice staff. Best price I could find this close to the parks, and it was a comfortable stay for our family (3 nights).

$20/night extra fee for parking your car wasn't made known until after booking. Only one elevator was working (of two), no breakfast included (but can remedy that with the mini fridge/micro in room). Parking spots are extremely narrow (we drive a mini van, so many of the few open spots were completely out of the question). Not hotel related, but be aware that the restaurants around this area also hike up their prices to match Disney (ex. $20-25 plus per plate at IHOP), so you're better off driving a few minutes away to get a normally priced meal. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again.

We loved how close we were to the parks. It made our walk waaaaay easier after a long 12-14 hour day in the parks. The beds were pretty comfortable and the rooms very spacious for our group of four. The hot tub/pool area was beautiful, and made for a good night soak for our feet after a long day. On our third night at the hotel we ran into some noise issues with our next door neighbours, I ended up going down to the front desk at 5:00am to see what we could do to potentially change our sleeping arrangements. The gentleman I talked to was amazing, and completely understood the situation. Without wanting to upset our neighbours, we were offered another room and did our move at 5:15 that morning. Once we made the room switch we slept like the dead for the remaining nights! So thank you so much for making that accommodation for us!

One thing that I would love to see changed is the hot tub hours being a little later. When the parks closed at 10, we had no time to soak our feet. Completely small complaint, but selfishly we would love that. The other issue we had was unfortunately the room next to us had some very excited (and maybe a tad grumpy) kiddos next door to us. Our room had a conjuring door, and the kids loved to pull on the door around 5am. The sound carried very loudly into our room! None the less maybe more noise cancelling something could be installed? Two very very small issues, over all we were extremely happy with our stay.

The rooms are great whether you stay in the tower or any of the rest of the property. The distance to the main gate is very short, it's a few minutes and you're crossing the street to Disneyland.

If you want your room cleaned you really need to let the staff know. We have a routine where we get up early and hit the parks hard and come back at around noon to rest and go back in the evening. Inevitably we would have to call every afternoon just to get our towels and trash changed out.

Great location, very close to Disneyland. Our room was in the back of the hotel which added a some extra minutes walking. Beds were very comfortable, firm but soft and the pillows were good too. Shower was nice and hot, pressure could be a bit better but not a big deal. Room service takes the garbage and changes the towels daily, not a full room service (bed, cleaning) but enough for the 5 nights we stayed. Employees were friendly, our room was not ready before check in time (4pm) which is okay but we find that more often than not hotels will have early check in. Parking was $20 and no assigned spots, we only had the car one day. They offer to hold your luggage before check in time or after check out time, so that was nice. Would stay there again, you get what you'd expect for a 3 star motel. You are paying for the premier location.

Our room was very far back in the lot, paid parking, coffee maker was not working very well and leaked everywhere.
