The complementary breakfast was delicious with various options. The beds were very comfortable and the room was super spacious with a little kitchenette! I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s about a 15-20 minute park to Disneyland or a relatively affordable uber/lyft ride away that takes about 5 minutes to get there! Staff were extremely helpful and explain all of the amenities to you upon arrival. The fitness center was one of the better ones I have seen and utilized at any hotel! Very new and clean equipment. More than enough free weights (dumbbells) and cardio machines. I did not utilize the pool due to weather, but it looked very clean and relaxing. The lobby was always clean, quiet, very comfortable and inviting atmosphere if you want to bring out a laptop, or just lounge! I believe it’s 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. Enjoy complimentary beer, whine, cheese or juice for the kids! Laundry facility was available and there are plenty of food options nearby! I would recommend this hotel for anybody and it is EXTREMELY FAMILY FRIENDLY!

There is no room service or food options inside of the hotel… but even then I can’t really complain about it! The complimentary breakfast was great and you have plenty of food options outside of the hotel when you’re outside of breakfast hours!

First, I did like the room. It was 2 queen beds and a sofa that turned into a bed. We fit 5 adults and 1 child. A little bit tight but doable. We all enjoyed that breakfast and liked they each day was a little bit different. Customer service was great! We had great experience with the staff working in the front and when we asked for things they usually were able to help us out. I give customer service a 10/10.

It took a while to get housekeeping just for one day while we were there for 5 days. They also have an evening thing for guests and was never told at check-in, I found out a couple days after, it was wine and cheese kind of thing. I would have appreciated that information,especially for the days we didn’t go to the park. At the end, this was all minor to us but it did happen. I think some of my family members did feel it was a long walk to the park. I had a scooter so for me it was fine but it can be a 10-20 minutes walk depending on how fast you walk and how many days you are walking to the park.

The hotel staff was particularly helpful, courteous, professional, pleasant and quickly responded to our needs. I noticed while having coffee and breakfast during our stay that Martha worked constantly to keep the breakfast area tidy, respond ing to guests questions and generally keeping things going in that very busy place. I ate alone early and appreciated her "good morning" greeting. She is a great example of my encounters with Element staff. I like that the front desk staff greeted me every day with "good morning" or "good evening" every day when I left and returned. The variety, abundance and freshness of the food in the complimentary breakfast. The ease of access to Disney Parks and the availablity of the shuttle bus.

The motion sensor light in the bathroom! Going on when it sensed movement in the bedroom in the middle of the night or going off while one was in the shower. It was quite independent!

The beds were super comfortable and the family suite had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The breakfast was healthy and filling, and the staff there was wonderful. We got to the breakfast late our first morning and my daughter was disappointed they had run out of muffins. When she asked the woman working there if there were any left, she went in the back and made her some waffles. My other daughter spilled her cereal and another person working got her a new bowl after sweeping it up. Great, great customer service. Walking to Disney took us about 10 minutes in the morning.

Wish there was a restaurant and bar - we would have enjoyed having an evening snack and night cap after a long day at the parks.

Breakfast was great! Lots of options to choose from. Everyone in my group was satisfied with the choices.

One of my son’s friends left his wallet in the hotel room after we had already checked out and were in Disneyland! I called the front desk and they were able to get housekeeping to check the room for us and they found the wallet!! We were able to pick it up later that night. The Element staff saved the day! Thank you!!!

The Element Hotel is very nice and clean for the value. My family and I were very comfortable in the room and very hotel is very closed to Disneyland. Darah front desk was extremely helpful and super friendly. The staff all were very well dressed and spoke very prifessionally. I felt like a valued guest!

The parking is not great but they have underground parking and were able to find parking.

The room was excellent! The space was perfect. It was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed (and more) available in the room. My kids loved the bunk beds. I loved the extra space! Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was fantastic! My family enjoyed the different options they had on a daily basis. Love that they offered fresh fruit daily along with different options of protein. I wish they offered breakfast until at least 10 a.m. though.

I wish they had a free shuttle to Disneyland. They do not offer transportation. You can take public transportation or get an Uber/Lyft or taxi. Which stinks because, as it is, they charge for parking at their facility. It definitely adds up after a few days.

Family friendly hotel, delicious buffet breakfast with lots of options (arrive 30mins before it closes at least) we pushed the room capacity with 4 adults and 2 toddlers, it was tight in space with bags and strollers but it was still comfortable. Kitchen is a plus, all items you need to use it are there, spotless, new furniture and friendly helpful staff. Disney is either 4 mins by taxi or 20 min walk (its a big block), there are plenty restaurants and shops near by
