I'm glad we picked this hotel! The rooms were so spacious, included a kitchenette, the beds were COMFY! (Which is rare to find) the staff was extremely nice, and I love all of the fun activities they did every day to interact with their guests. The bus stop for the parks is right outside of the front doors, and close to the parks. The downstairs lobby had snacks + drinks to buy, but there is a 7/11 right around the corner for cheap. Within walking distance of many restaurants, Anaheim GardenWalk, and even the parks. The only updates I would suggest are the pool area, not much for kids. The pool was too cold & the hot tubs were too hot. The splash pad was not working. But we weren't there for the pool so it's okay! Overall clean property and great experience. Would recommend!!!

I liked that what I wanted from a room is what I received. Comfort in room, many amenities and more than some around me, close and healthy food options nearly and walking distance to everything.

I did not like valet only service, and the inability to check in early or self park. This changed our plans and made getting in after a frustrating drive worse.

The front desk made me feel very welcome when I checked in (thank you again, Amr!) and made it extra special for my babies. The room was a good size and had the bathroom connected to the bedroom with a door separating the living room/kitchen space (perfect for sleeping babies). The king-sized bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub. We walked the mile to and from Disneyland pushing our double stroller and it was a great place to stay.

Would've loved for there to be an on-site breakfast option. Even a little grab-and-go continental breakfast would be great for families with kids who don't want to waste time on a breakfast restaurant before going to Disneyland.

Massive rooms with super comfy beds and great showers. Kitchen was good for organising breakfast and snacks. We loved the roof top BBQ facilities for easy dinner. Hot tip: Target and Walmart both close by and sells food and alcohol for easy self-catering. Easy walking distance to Disney, restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of free parking onsite if you drive.

Pool was so strong with smell of chlorine- too much even to walk past let alone swim. Lift super slow.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Plenty of close restaurants. We stayed here while we went to Disneyland. We got an uber to take us to/from Disney and it was only about $7 each way. Definitely worth the convenience! The hotel had a nice separation between the bedroom and the living room where our daughter slept. There were two hot tubs which were delightful after a full day of walking around the parks. One night my 8 year old daughter sleep walked out of the room. Honestly it could have been a family tragedy. Luckily at 2:30 a.m. a very considerate worker found her and kept her safe and helped her get back into our room and made sure no harm came to her. I can't even imagine what could have happened if the wrong person took advantage of that potentially terrible situation. We found the staff to all be very pleasant and to go out of their way to accommodate us. They're currently running a special since the company has merged with a time share company. So we were offered extra little drinks and snacks but found everyone to not be overly pushy to get us to sit through a presentation. We would for sure stay here again!

The hotel couldn't have known we were in a hurry to check in so my husband could return our car rental. The check-in process took a bit longer since I was being pitched the time share tour, but that's not the hotel's fault, it was just bad timing with our personal schedule.

Very close to Disneyland and restaurants. Nice room with microwave, fridge, sink and coffee maker. It had a table for 4, sofa and the bedroom was separated in another room, so it felt like a small apartment. Beds were comfortable. The bus stops right outside the resort, so Disney is a breeze!

Couldn't find anything to not like. Staff were friendly and the double queen suite fit 5 of us very well. We walked to local grocery and found enough breakfast supplies to take eating out for the meal out of the equation;) Room has microwave, a fridge , enough dishes, etc. Would stay there again! We chose Lyft transport to save our steps for Disneyland. Average $7 or $8 for large vehicles.

Everything was very clean and in order. Check-in was very quick, and the property was decorated for Halloween. That was an added fun thing. The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with her air conditioner and someone came up within 10 minutes. And did their very best to make us comfortable. The next day, a different maintenance person came and fixed it and the room was cool and issue fixed.

There wasn’t anything that I did not like

The location is exceptional, just 10min walk from Disney, the souranding area has a variety of food options and beaches are relatevely near and public transport accessible

One of the days the vallet Parking guy made some facial expressions and had a bad attitude when I asked for my vehicle, it was because he was watching a program on the phone when I asked for my vehicle and he had to interrupt his activity :S but besides that, everyone else was very amiable

It is a quiet and convenient area to stay! The staff is very friendly and nice. They give you a map of the area and even recommend different places to go see and visit. They have a lounge area to play pool, ping pong tables, and more! I definitely recommend this hotel!
