Loved the location, pool - spa was incredible after a day at Disney! Buffet breakfast was great. Room was small and bit tricky with four bags, but we weren't in the room very long.

The desk staff were incredibly unfriendly. It was quite laughable to be visiting 'the happiest place on earth' but being in the grumpiest hotel! The cleaners were lovely, and a guy helping us at breakfast, but the front desk staff were shocking.

Excellent property. Very close to everything.

No problems. I recommend 24 hour security because I saw a strange man walking around in the parking lot. I reported this to the staff and they address the matter quickly.

-Great location, facility, staff. - Close to the Garden Walk, cheese cake factory, AMC theatre with limited seating in Garden Walk, and freeway. - Laundry self service or on request available. 4 dollars worth of quarters for each washer and dryer. Soap and softener available at the front desk and coins. -Nice pool and fitness room. -8 minute Walk to disney shuttle, or 20 minute to disneyland. - very nice holiday decorations. - staff is very nice and accommodating.

-Loud noise by street side of cars and music. Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear every one outside, you can hear foot steps at the floor above, noise of doors closing. -Car parking....35 dollars a day plus tax; plus Disney tax< why>. -coffee and tea, needs different location. One person can use it at one time since So small a place. Best to invest in mocha and lattee machine.

Lovely room, very clean, great pool (although a bit cold) and breakfast was included.

Large gaps under the rooms of each door as well as thin walls, made outside noise of other guests an issue. We were woken every morning around 6:30 by other guests leaving their rooms, we could hear talking, doors slamming and even snoring through the walls. We were also awoken some nights around 12/1am through the same noises of guests returning from their days out. Breakfast choices were also limited, stayed for 8 nights, and not once was there any bacon, which we found odd.

The breakfast is more than just yogurt and hard boiled eggs. They served waffles, oatmeal, fruit, hash browns, sausage, bagels, toast, scrambled eggs. Coffee and tea! All was nicely presented and clean area. Hot tub and pool were nice, towels provided, workout rooms faces pool so you can look out. Fill up your bottle water in the fitness center on the 2nd floor. Loved the sink and counter area in our bathroom. Pillows on the flatter side, we asked for more and they gladly brought them up. No room service.

I wish the items were not as processed. I would pay more to have real organic eggs (not the powdered add water), healthier options, but I get the cost would be more so paying more would be expected. Food items in the market are very expensive 🤑

Overall I found this a convenient place in a walkable distance from the Anaheim Convention Center. The staff has been always friendly and helpful, the rooms were reasonably large, beds were comfy, the desk provided enough space to do work on my laptop. The breakfast option is a net benefit. Plenty dining options in the neighborhood. Also, unlimited coffee in the lobby was very much appreciated! Despite the criticism below, I would not hesitate to come here again.

I personally found the breakfast a bit disappointing. The choices were narrow and unhealthy (though this is -- unfortunately -- my typical experience with hotels in US). Basically, one could choose scrambled eggs, some meat patties, waffles, pancakes, toasts -- only the yoghurt, milk, and cornflakes provided a lighter option. Having at least the basic veggies in the buffet would be a great improvement. In addition, the breakfast area also tended to be very crowded on the weekend.

Breakfastcwas average, same every day. Beverage need upgrade to natch the price of room and facility. Coffee and water not that hot and all were kept on a side that is so small then one person can use at one time. Create a bigger space or move to where cereal is. Even 7 eleven has better coffee and tea. You can financially gain more by having a small coffee machine inside that serves mocha's and lattee and tea

Car park is out of roof. 35 dollars a day is too much. It should not exceed 20 dollars a day since you are also charging disney tax.

- Hotel itself is beautiful and seems pretry new. - Rooms are wide, clean and comfortable - There is a 7/11 across the street. Anaheim Garden Walk 5 min from there and Disneyland parking lot 10min by walk. Very convenient! - Breakfast has lots of options - Used the luggage storage after my check-out, pretty good.

- They ran out hot chocolate for 2 days (no replacement) - Depending on the time that you decide to have breakfast, there will be almost no tables and a long line for waffles machine. We were in a party of 2, it was easier to find a seat. But if you are travelling with family, please consider to have breakfast as earlier as possible.

New facilites, spacious rooms, clean. Close to Disneyland. Has a laundry room, which comes in very handy for families. Nice pools outside and a decent fitness room.

The smell… smelled musty and nasty everywhere. It wasn’t lack of cleanliness, the hotel was clean. They probably need to change some filters in their HVAC system or something. The laundry room requires (a lot of) coins, which is inconvenient and dated.
