There was lots of free parking and we never had trouble finding a spot. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. We especially appreciated the extra chaise lounge seating and desk chair in the room which allowed us to spread out and relax without sitting on the bed. There was plenty of space in the room for multiple suitcases. The WiFi was strong and the air conditioning worked well enough. The free breakfast was a nice perk and the location was pretty convenient for the convention center and Disney, both about a 20 min walk. Good restaurant options nearby.

Minor thing, but it would be great to have access to the stairs from the ground floor so you don't have to take the elevator to go up.

i loved that this property was a small quiet and clean place for us to rest. This location was perfect with just $8 ubers to and from disneyland it was very convenient with free parking aswell. The workers were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms came with a microwave, coffee machine and a mini fridge and plenty of storage which was really great. We weren’t bothered once and we were pleasantly surprised.

We could have really used a scale for packing.. the “gym” had one but it was very outdated. The breakfast wasn’t anything special but it was nice to have there i guess. On Dec 27th the water was shut off at 11am which was really inconvenient.

The staff were great! very friendly. They also provided information on how to get to Disneyland park, if not wanting to take personal vehicle. The room was clean, and spacious. Breakfast was good. The pool was clean and very nice. Close to the Disneyland Park. Next door is a liquor store that is a small convenience store with Disney Stuff. Also next door is a laundry mat.

Only one working elevator, I do wish they had a shuttle to the park, however it still worked out. We ended up having to move rooms, because our bathroom ceiling was leaking water. It was a minor inconvenience, but the staff were very helpful and understanding.

Breakfast was nice, short 10m walk to Disney parking lot with tram into disney

Arrived shortly after 1:30pm but no problem checking in early. Front desk helpful and efficient. Very nice lobby area offering hot drinks and iced water at all times. Room on the second floor via an elevator. Disappointed to find my room faced the I5 so there was some road noise during the night but not too bad. The shower was perfectly good and there was a decent breakfast available. Slightly irritating was having to reconnect to WiFi whenever I’d not used it for a while and the TV returned to the lowest channel after being off.

Very clean and tidy property. Our room was as expected with a very comfortable bed. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the location suited our needs to be close to family. We enjoyed the pool each day, at times we had it to ourselves.

There was one staff member who was quite short with my husband when the key was wiped. We weren’t aware that it shouldn’t be near our phone. She was the exception however as all other staff were very friendly polite and helpful.

Front desk service. The man that checked us in was very respectful, Helpful & such positive attitude. The lady in the breakfast staion shes a sweet heart. Bed was squeeky, but comfortable. Just the noise wasnt great

The breakfast jam. Everyone teying to make waffles and the line is really long. They Need more variety of food. Same thing every day. Sausgae patty, egg, toast, waffle, packets of oatmeal, coffe, juice, boiled eggs peeled which is not sanitary. Banana, apple, The lady that makes sure everything is set up is very clean organized and sweet.

I really liked that everything was clean and neat and quiet, but also the staff was very friendly and informative. The free breakfast was also amazing and it’s within walking distance of not only Disneyland, but the little outdoor mall as well.

The only thing that could have been better is that some of the carpet in the rooms needs to be changed just because it’s old and thinning and some parts but that’s literally it

I really enjoyed the bed, it was so comfy that I didn't have any issues while sleeping in it, also I really liked that they only do room cleaning if you request it, I usually put my stuff around all the room when I travel so for me it was really good they didn't enter my room without my permission.

The breakfast was okay, the sausages not so good but not so bad tho.

I loved the cleanliness. When we arrived, our first room was not cleaned though, BUT i called the front desk staff and she immediately apologized and told me she'd move me rooms. The breakfast was good for the price. It was eggs and waffles every time & I LOVE waffles. The staff was my favorite part. They were ALL so sweet. 2 in particular stood out though. I didn't get their names but one was a light colored man, tall, with glasses. He worked the night shift. The other was a young girl, curly curly hair, and colored lipsticks. They were so sweet, gave me the best advice and places to go and also places to buy more chargers!

The only thing I didn't like was the elevator. Only one was working and it was janky at that :( scared me to use it each time.
