Beautiful hotel, hotel rooftop restaurant, pool was a gem. Breakfast at Valencia was delicious. Recommend!

Never had hot water in the shower. Lukewarm at best.

I thought the Viv was an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had an issue with my sink on one of the days and they had it fixed by the time I came back to the room. I liked having the vouchers to use for food and drink, I was unwell for a few days so couldn't use them all up but tried to use as many as I could. The staff in the restaurant in the mornings were very nice and helpful. I liked using the water fountain that was available downstairs. The room was modern and clean and the housekeeping staff were in everyday to replenish any towels and make the bed. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay again!

There wasn't very much of my stay that I didn't like, I had a really good stay overall. I'd say I wished the ART bus to Disneyland had a timetable I could keep up with, rather than just waiting on it or running after it if it just appeared. This is a silly thing as well but I wished there was more channels available on the TV. There was a lot of news channels, so if there was a way to update the channels for people in the future like me that would be ideal.

Very friendly and helpful staff, answered any question we had about the elevators and keycards. The room was comfortable, quiet and spacey, with a great view. Bed was incredibly soft. Bathroom had plenty of towels and even bathrobes, the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash was nice also. Breakfast was great at decent prices, even without the discount voucher we were given.

Honestly not much to dislike; the elevators are finicky but the staff easily resolved it. Also, the showers have these strange glass doors that leave a huge empty gap between them. I had to be conscious not to spray the nozzle at the wrong angle and wet everything. But aside from that, everything is perfect.

Hotel was perfect for our family’s Disney trip. Bus picked us up and dropped us off outside the lobby, easier than walking to the park as we did our last visit when we stayed closer to the park entrance (saved our already aching feet). Room was lovely, ample bathroom for us four to share, beds were comfy and well sized, bunk beds helped our kids remain comfortable. On site restaurant was wonderful as the staff were pleasant and helpful, and hotel gave us generous vouchers to use there. Hotel also has a convenience store with great coffee and breakfast/lunch options to grab and go. I used the gym one night and was alone for the hour - pretty great. Tv kept on mute was useful (headphones available at the front desk if you want them). Great weight options, treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical, and universal weight center. Two pools, rooftop bar and restaurant (where we could watch the Disney fireworks at night if we came back early). All in all a great spot and we’re likely to return!

Would recommend the non-park side of the hotel as it gets morning Sun rather than afternoon - but blackout shades were in great condition, so maybe not a big deal.

We love how clean this property is. It is well taken care of.

So the only thing we didn’t like was the service at the restaurant in the first floor. The place was not that busy but the service was super slow. The pore bar tender was pulling double duty as bar tender and server, it took forever to get drinks and order taken. The second time we tried to eat there we stood waiting to be seated for 20 min never got acknowledged. So we left. And again there were not that many tables seated. It is a great hotel we will stay again but the restaurants need better service.

The entire hotel was beautiful. The pool on the 12th floor is a whole experience. Wish we would have stayed longer. We will definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beds are very comfy, and the high ceilings give the room a bigger feel.

Our AC broke in the middle of the night. Some of the kids were sleeping, so I didn't want to wake anyone, but the hotel front desk staff made sure I left feeling heard and taken care of. Hope our next visit is perfect to reflect the staff.

Had a resort vibe with onsite restaurants, bars and a convenience/gift shop so we had everything we needed right there. Loved the all-adults pool at the top of the hotel, as well as the restaurant on the top floor. We were able to take short Uber rides to both Disney parks and Anaheim ball park. Spacious room with a view, comfortable beds, water stations on each floor, nice gym facility on first floor. We would definitely come back. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The restaurants on the top floor were closed each night for either private function or just closed which meant we couldnt watch Disney fireworks and have dinner drinks as a family.

When checking in we were given a $25 gift card for the restaurant. We were also given a Disney gift bag card, and two cocktail gift card. This was unexpected and a delight. The pool stayed open past closing time (this was on New Years eve) and we were able to enjoy the heated pool!

I made a reservation over the phone for the restaurant, however when we showed up at the scheduled time our reservation wasn't there. We were seated right away anyway, which was excellent. Also the lighting in the restaurant at dinner was a little too bright for my taste (personal opinion) and wasn't an issue really.
