It was close to Disneyland and California Adventure; we could walk and leave the car in the parking lot. It was so close to places for food too. You could walk. The parking attendant was great. The sink could be used while someone was using the toilet since it was separate, that is good for a family. They supplied shampoo conditioner in the shower (which is important for those who fly to this destination).

There was no fan in the bathroom that could turned on. It had a small pool area. It was hard to find the toilet light since it is by the outside sink area.

We've never stayed at the hotel before, so we were not sure what to expect. The hotel surpassed all of our expectative. The staff was very helpful, the whole room was extremely clean, and even though you can tell that the hotel isn't new, all the amenities are well maintained and the room looks like it was recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had an incredible water pressure. You can get to Disneyland in less than 10 minutes walking. You have to cross the street, but there's a light signal and there's always more people waiting to cross.

I wish the parking for people staying at the hotel was free. The internet got slow sometimes.

Location, location, location! 3rd time stay. I loved our park view room. Hotel staff is always helpful and friendly. I always feel safe when staying here. Brand new water refill station! Beds and pillows are super comfy! Always hard to stay anywhere else.

Hot tub was running on the day of check-in, then after a busy evening at downtown Disney. We rushed back to enjoy the last hour to find it blocked off :( and it remained out of service our entire trip. So that was a bummer. No continental breakfast options still. But there is a McDonald’s next door. Wish the market had more food options. Bring back PizzaHut!

The staff are helpful, the rooms clean and a decent size, the location is great

I reserved 3 rooms, 1 for me and spouse and 1 each for my kids and their families. The reservation asks for a name of who is going to be in the room so I put my kids names. When my daughter couldn’t come but her spouse and son could they wouldn’t let them check into the room without contacting my daughter even though I booked the rooms and was paying for the rooms. She wasn’t available so they were going to make us wait until she could call them, we couldn’t call her, she had to call the hotel. I had to speak to a supervisor to get them to let us check in.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is very clean. Any time we asked the front desk for things like extra Towels or toilet paper they brought them to the room promptly. The pool is heated. Very close walking distance to Disneyland. Lots of places nearby to eat. The A/C kicked butt! Kept our room nice and cold in the summer. Quiet hotel, didn’t hear any noise or neighbors. We could login to our Netflix on the tv.

The bed was ok, but the pillows weren’t the best. But after walking for 10 hours all day still managed to get good sleep. Nothing really bad to say about this place.

Amazingly close to Disneyland, rooms are spacious and updated. Pool and spa area looked nice but I didn’t have chance to use them.

No free breakfast is a bummer. Several options close by (Panera, Mimi’s, McDs, iHop). You can tell that this is an older hotel even with the updates but I thought the rooms were nice and overall it was quiet. Cleaning wasn’t great; they only clean once every 3rd day I believe and housekeeping didn’t pick up our dirty towels, just added fresh ones. They also didn’t refill the body wash in shower. Shelves in bathroom had visible dust on them.

We are older and disabled I say that first because often people have little patience, but at the Fairfield I it was quite the opposite. Before we could get to our room, we had a problem. I expressed my concerns to the front desk. They were kind but firm on their answer and said they would go get the Manager.I didn’t want to fight. We were tired from our journey and just wanted sleep. I asked them not to. Here came Charles immaculately dressed. I expected attitude just like some people see old people and think cranky. He listened to our concerns, provided answers instead of attitude. He and his staff couldn’t have been better. This trip would have been very sad for us as it may well be our last vacation, but because of him we had a marvelous time

The staff is friendly and professional. Daisy, our check-in clerk was great. She was efficient and informative. We had meetings at Disneyland all day on our check-out day and the hotel allowed us to park until we were done at park closing. The fee was nominal for the parking.

The HVAC system is a bit loud. It has a blower inside the room just under the window, so it's noisy and very noticeable when the auto-feature adjusts to keep the room at your desired temperature.

The hotel location is 10/10 fantastic location for Disneyland, roughly a 10-minute walk to the security table. The staff was very friendly and was able to quickly address problems. I had to call late at night due to noise from a neighboring room and the front desk staff quickly responded and security came up within 5 minutes to fix the problem. A note to fellow travelers, you need to request housekeeping every day to get fresh towels and to have the bed be fixed.

The only con and point deduction would be I wished their hotel had a shuttle to LAX! The majority of the people staying here are coming for Disney so a shuttle to and from LAX would have been very convenient.

Very large and comfortable rooms! Very clean hotel inside and out. Excellent staff, friendly, helpful and always with a helping attitude. Nice convenience of the mini refrigerator. Very nice to have a community room with microwaves and a little arcade for all to play. The convenience to Disneyland is great! Close to many eateries by walk or drive.
