The location was ideal.

There was a ghost in room 332. No doubt seen him, did not mention to my family to not scare them and it was confirmed when my partner informed me privately he seen a ghost in the room the next day.

Bed are really comfortable

The charge for parking, I think that should be specified before I booked the room.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, really relaxed yet stylish design, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location for visiting Disneyland. The staff on reception were fantastic and our room was so spacious (king studio suite). The pool area was perfect and the added bonus of being able to see the Disneyland fireworks from the pool terrace. 10 minutes walk to the park with some restaurants nearby too. We ate a couple of meals in the hotel, which were good and really reasonable in price. Overall, we couldn't fault this hotel, it exceeded our expectations and made for a great visit to California and Disneyland.

It took a little while to be acknowledged at the bar sometimes, even when there was nobody else waiting to be served. A really minor criticism because our stay was mostly perfect.

I have stay in Disneland are hotels for the past year as my girlfriend lives in Utah. I have appraised hotels for over 20 years, ranginh from limited servoce to full dervice wi multiple profit centers. Yours is by far the best hotel I have stayed in, by far the cleanest. The price point seems a bit high. I did the first night on booking.com; it was supossed to be for two nights, so they messed up-not the first time. There was no mention of a :parking or "resort fee' so I was disappointed the learn about the extra $35/ inc. tax. couldn't you just bundle the parking cost into the quoted rate? I know you are near Disneyland so you capture is probaly primarily one vosit stays, just like the restaurants around Disneyland-one or two visits by a customer. I grew up in Anaheim, so I Have been around for years. I call it the "Disneyland effect. Thets not on you.

Everything was very clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and they offered quite a bit for amenities. It was about a 10 min walk to Disneyland, which felt super short on our way to the parks and super long on our way back from the parks. Kids absolutely loved the pool and parents loved the bar. We will absolutely stay here again.

Some type of continental breakfast would have been amazing, but they did offer breakfast at a decent cost.

The room was clean, smelled good, and was very spacious. The refrigerator worked excellently, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our room was located next to the freeway side of the hotel, but we still couldn't hear the traffic. This means that no matter where your room is located, you can enjoy a nice and peaceful stay

The price of bottled water in the snack room is $8.50 per bottle, which I think is too high for just a bottle of water. I noticed that the same brand of water is sold at Arco down the street for 3 bottles for $6. I understand that guests pay extra for the convenience of having it in the hotel, but I feel that a 400% mark-up is too much and takes advantage of the guests.

Pool is open 8am until midnight

This hotel needs to do better with the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet should automatically be included if you’re staying in the hotel. They need to do better with the thin walls of the room you can literally hear kids/adults running up and down the hall way or you can hear them jumping up and down from above your own room. We didn’t use the parking lot since they charge you

This Property was super clean and smelled so incredible in the lobby omg ! I had to ask the lady what they sprayed in the lobby and she told me about the diffuser that they use and I fell in love ! The staff was super nice and respectful. I have zero complaints they were amazing all around! I definitely would book this place again ! The room was super spacious and very clean!

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The pool is wonderful. Being able to see the Disneyland fireworks while you are swimming is so cool!

It was quite noisy in the room we stayed in. Could hear the upstairs guests which actually kept us up. Also able to hear outside noise. We stayed in a queen room. Last summer we stayed in a king suite and I don't remember the noise. That room had a floor to ceiling window which must be much thicker glass. The queen room had a half window with the A/C below it, thin glass. Also, even though we turned the A/C off at bed time, it kept coming on in the early morning hours for a few minutes then shutting off. It woke us up every morning of our 7 night stay. Very upsetting! The pillows are terrible, way too soft. For the price and the high cost of parking there should be something offered complimentary for breakfast in the lobby! Coffee, fruit, muffins- something!

The location was great. Just a short distance from the Disneyland parks. The room was spacious and clean. It was great to have a water station to fill the water bottles in the property.

The shower was not working properly. You had to leave it on long time for the water to get warm. The options for breakfast in the property were not many. There wasn’t a healthier option to choose from.
