I was absolutely disappointed with the parking lot, it is really small and uncomfortable to drive into… and you have to leave the keys so if you have an emergency at night, no one can help you to drive out, when you ask to get the keys back, they seem angry and careless

Location to Disneyland was the BEST feature. Also the family room accommodated all seven of us with the bunk beds. That was super convenient and cost effective. Motel was also very clean (although a little tired and dated). Staff was super, especially the car valets. And I loved the grab n go store connected to the office.

This is a motel style facility, with all room entrances facing a central parking lot. It was at capacity when we went so we had to valet park, since cars had to be stacked. A little inconvenient but not a huge deal

No breakfast included but there is fridge, microwave and Dennys in parking lot as well as small markets within walking distance. Rooms and hotel are basic but provide what you need after long day at Disneyland. Hotel s situated right across the street from Disneyland entrance, which is main reason for choosing. Parking is valet only and very jam packed so we were happy to not have to park ourselves.

Not enough parking for all rooms which resulted and some interesting parking. By evening all cars were blocked in by other cars. If you do need to get your car out I’m not sure how you would.

Sooo close to Disneyland, it was the best decision for my family staying for 3 days with little ones. Mid day breaks are necessary so this location was great!

The property itself was ok, the worst part was the tight parking lot. We paid a lot of money for onsite parking (in addition to the cost) so it would’ve been nice to have a bigger lot where nobody got blocked in. It seemed like they didn’t have enough room to accommodate everyone’s vehicles. They made it work though. Overall it was worth it and we would stay again.

Location! Location! Location!!! Our room was not 5-star; however, it had what we needed. Ground floor level room with 2Q + bunk bed for three adults + one child (5yo). After averaging +20K steps per day at both parks, our family was mainly in the room to sleep and prepare for the following day. The staff members were pleasant and knowledgeable regarding Disneyland. They were friendly, and I appreciated the coffee station in the lobby. Also, 24-hour restaurants in a 2-block radius for late-night eats. Since Denny's was on the way, We conveniently ordered pancakes (to go) and ate while waiting for the rope drop, which helped our family take advantage of the golden morning hour and do rides before it became too packed with other visitors.

(1) The fridge motor in our room was quite noisy. It woke me up a couple of times; therefore, I used noise-cancelling earbuds to remedy the situation for the remainder of my stay. (2) More hooks inside the bathroom would be more convenient than outside ones. (3) The bed was okay, but the bedding was worn out. Some spots in the inner lining were not as smooth and felt rough.

I love how close the hotel is to the Disney Parks. I loved the hotel self-checkout store near the lobby. The store had many great items. My room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The A/C blew cold and kept the room nice during the hot weather.

Parking was not an issue for me, but many cars had to be blocked in by valet due to not having enough spaces. I found a previous guest's dirty underwear between the bunk bed and the wall.

Very convenient location to disney parks they brought a crib up to our room for our 8 month old baby very good service will definitely be staying here everytime I visit the parks would recommend to anyone wanting to go to Disney and doesn't want a huge walk at the end of the day

Room service didn't make the bed each night only restocked towels and toilet paper

The room was so roomy and the beds were so comfy I slept the best I had slept in a while. Located right across from the park was great.

The parking was a bit crazy but they helped anytime we needed to use our vehicle. And the tv had literally no channels to watch, and what there was was old timer stuff. Kids need tv when they are relaxing.

Everything was great , couldn’t get the room to stay at a good temperature it was either to hot or to cold . I also recommend a full length mirror in the rooms it’s hard to get ready and make sure everything looks right before heading out for your day . Everything else was great .The staff was amazing . Thank you . We’ll be back in November :)

So close to the park entrance. And the ihop was a bonus for the kids eat free. Bunk beds were a smash hit with the kids. Spacious room. Kids found free toys under the bunk. Also the housekeeping staff were great. One of them even ran after me when I left my wallet.

The mattresses were a little stiff. But still comfortable. The lights on the bunk beds were good for flood lighting. The green led for motion sensor on the bathroom light was almost as bright as the actual light. The room could use a little tlc. The carpet was wrinkled and old.
