It's very convenient if you are visiting Disneyland. 5-10 mins walk. You have pretty good eating options nearby. You can also door dash right to the room. It was pretty neat and clean. The front staff were always cheerful and helpful. The Valet parking guys were great.

The breakfast zone ladies were a bit rude and unhelpful. If you come to breakfast after 9 you would not get much even though the breakfast finishes at 9:30. The walls of the room were so thin that we could hear all the conversation from the room next door. They didn't have to be loud for it. The cleaning crew left some of the cleaning cloths and used gloves in the room.

The facilities were excellent, the room was very big and very clean and very new. I would have loved to spend a couple of days there unfortunately we only had a few hours. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I booked on booking.com for about 220$ and the room ended up being about 290$ with valet parking which I was not aware of, the valet parking person and the front desk person were just kind of meh and not very friendly or helpful. I would typically like to give them the benefit of the doubt and praise them but because of the service and the extra costs I was disappointed.

Wonderful location for easy convenience to Disney! And love the complimentary breakfast option for all of you who wish to get something to eat before the park opens. Overall the staff is wonderful, they are a part of the Good Neighbor program with Disney that offers excellent customer service. They even had toys to give all my kids when we arrived. Parking was a breeze! $35 a day and extremely convenient valet service. We traveled as a family with grandparents and easily were accommodated with joining rooms.

They do partner with the sister hotel next door for food services (coffee bar, restaurant). Of course it would be nice for it to be in their own hotel but I get it. Not a huge complaint.

Comfortable room with 2 x beds and lounge. Neat and tidy with nice decor. Free breakfast was excellent with great range of hot and cold options. An easy, flat, 10 mins walk to Disneyland and a bit off the main road but close to the freeway which is busy all night. The windows are glazed so mostly just a hum with the occasional loud bike or truck being heard. Did not bother us. Fridge and microwave in room was very handy for leftovers.

We loved the breakfast- there were so many things to choose from and each day was a little different. We also loved that the beds were made each day and the towels were replenished. The best part is that it was a .7 mile walk to Disneyland which was our whole purpose of the trip. Each staff member we encountered was lovely and kind.

The beds were super comfortable and great to have 3 in the room . The location was great right near Disney. The breakfast was substantial. Staff were nice and helpful. Liked the white noise machine in the room canceled out most outside noise. Nice to have a pool and hot tub. Great value.

The use of so much plastic for breakfast and in the room. Why not use paper or real dishes and cutlery. A few more healthy options for breakfast, vegetables, low sugar yogurt.

Loved this hotel, nicest Holiday inn Express we've stayed in, huge breakfast area, great breakfast. Friendly staff, pool was fine for what it was. Hotel was very clean, smelled great, always had Disney playing on the TVs in common areas. Room was huge and comfortable with a big tv and couch. Walking distance to Disney parks.

Room facing the freeway was very noisy. The restaurant in the hotel next door was great, but a restaurant in this hotel would have made it even better.

From the phone calls BEFORE arriving, Jon(Mata) was helpful, friendly and accommodating!!! We got there with our whole family and friends, got us rooms near each other, greeted all the kids and made us feel at home!!! We had strollers and a scooter delivered to us there, had them ready before we left to Disneyland early!!! Beds are COMFORTABLE, room is big!!! Double beds and sofa bed!!! Good size fridge and sink to rinse our baby bottles, room was CLEAN, fresh towels every morning...EVERY single person who worked there was all smiles and friendly!!! Manager Jennifer, Raider fan made us feel special!! Walked to Disneyland in about 8 min...safe walk. Will definitely forever be our go to hotel!!!!

Breakfast on one day wasn't much of a food choice but was told Sat breakfast was delicious. Maybe more selection during the weekend?? Either way, food was still good!!

Great location, 10-15 min walk to the gate. Breakfast room spacious and good selection. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Room service daily. Valet service is convenient if you don’t need to get into your vehicle daily.

No option for self parking, must pay the valet/park service of $30 per day. Room adjacent to highway so could hear all the road noise. Not good for light sleepers. Would be nice to have water refill station in the breakfast room instead of the gym area.
