The place and specially the staff and the location are AMAZING. You can go to the Disney Parks and many restaurants walking, without any problem. And the staff were so kind and helpful, that I have no words to describe. The room is really comfortable and clean.

The only point for review is that we booked a room with kitchen and stove, but there wasn't any kitchen supplies, like pots and cutlery. Nobody travels within it on the luggage, specially on an international trip, so, it's important on my opinion that, if the room has a kitchen it must also be prepared within basic kitchen supplies.

The Extended Stay America hotel was exactly the thing I was looking for! What I basically need is a clean bed, a clean bathroom AND a kitchenette. They provided all this and more! The staff, particularly Britney, were extremely helpful.

1. The stovetop requires some cleaning. 2. I know that kitchen appliances are per request, but I think you should put a kettle in the room regardless.

Staff was very overwhelmed with clients in lobby, 1 person for the evening. Staff representative was so busy that he bothered to explain his situation but was able to accommodate my request once available and before he finished his shift. Very kind and thoughtful respectful representative. I requested for a hair dryer, pots pans and dishes as room had a kitchenette for a great price. He went out of his way to have the room housekeeper clean there 1st rooms the following morning check for hair dryer availability in that room and bring it immediately to my room. A huge favor to help me feel and look good for my fun filled day .. I specifically look gor Hotel with hair dryers and essentials in room or by request less to worry about and or carry ... Awesome

Parking and Luggage Carts with Elevators and lounge

The location was perfect as I had a conference to attend at Anaheim Convention Centre. All the facilities were also very good as it made our stay comfortable

The receptionist people should at least help the tourist to book cab to the airport. "We don't know" is not a good answer when there is a chance of a missing flight due to a delay.

I liked how friendly the staff was when checking in and out of our room. The price was good especially for last minute booking. The pick up location for Disneyland was close which was a plus. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels. Our room also had a stove, microwave, and refrigerator which is nice when trying to save money on meals.

The furniture was a little bit outdated and run down. The wood drawers had chippings on them. There was a cup of coffee left in our refrigerator from the previous guests. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors.

Niko the gentleman who checked me in was amazing. 1st my reservation didn't show up so I showed him the confirmation email I received and he tried the best he could to not overcharge me because I couldn't wait any longer for the confirmation email to show up on there end so I went through the property and he got it down to almost exactly where it was with you guy's. Niko***** 5 stars

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times. Clean, great location, and good value. Excellent staff. Went above and beyond. They kept an eye out on my vehicle and trailer for me. Unfortunately we lost one of our pets on this trip, and the staff was excellent. Everyone kept an eye out for her, and they located her today. If you’re looking for a place to stay for Disney, I definitely recommend them.

The location is great .

Bathroom was so dirty . Towels had hair from someone else thank goodness I brought my own . They did not clean the bathroom tub right , why was there a used soap bar on the drop and one on the floor . I should not have to clean my tub if I’m paying almost 180 for one night . It made me not want to stay there anymore and I stay there very often

Front desk was amazing. Very helpful. Area was quiet and 10 min walk from disney. Parking lot was always well lit and clean. Room was clean and quiet.

Rooms need updating. No view from room. Doors to lobby were hard to get stroller in and out of.

Space was huge and everything was in a good state and tidy. Bed was great and having a desk and a little kitchenette made a difference when making a pitstop during our Disneyland trip.

The building smelled a little weird. Only one elevator worked and it was a little creepy due to the state of it. Also, carpets in the hallways were a little dirty.
