The hotel is located right across from the Anaheim Garden Walk, close the the FWY, Disneyland, indoor swapmeet, etc. It really is in a good location. We stayed here for about a week. The room was cleaned daily unless you place the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The room was very spacious, it was split in two by a screen wall. Main room had two queen beds and the separate room had the sofa bed. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, you can tell its old and needs to be replaced but it worked for our stay. Each room had its own tv and the ac worked fine. Breakfast was okay, they had pancakes, waffles, cereals, fruits-mainly apples and oranges, donuts, bagels, coffee, juice. Make sure to carry your room key, you need to scan it to enter the breakfast room and also the elevator from the outside. They do have a pool but we did not use it during our stay.

Paying for parking. Parking was a total of $20 a day. We stayed for 6 nights and I felt like it should have been included.

Breakfast - there was a lot of variety. However on our last day I went for breakfast at 9:45. They closed the door at 10, which is when it ends, but then started taking the items away. I hadn't gotten all I wanted. It was conveniently located to Disneyland. We liked the way the vanity is separate from the toilet and shower.

The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. The phone in the room did not work. The tv in the bedroom did not work. We did realize it was not plugged in and took care of it ourself. The sliding dividing door did not work. I realized it was off the track and I fixed it. I was charged for parking. There was nothing on the website regarding charges for parking.

The room we got was a lot bigger than expected, so that was nice. We were there for Disneyland, so we didn't spend much time in the room. The room was decent, felt a bit old but it did the job. Bluey was on TV for the kids. The breakfast was cool, I just wish they opened up for breakfast earlier, so we can get out and start our day sooner.

I think the carpets had recently been cleaned, so there was a bit of mugginess, maybe a bit of a smell. I'm writing this review over a month later, so I don't remember exactly, but I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms for the most part were very nice and spacious. Love the inclusion of a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Also love the daily cleaning service. Some hotels are going away from that and it is terrible. The continental breakfast was fantastic!!! and definitely made the stay worthwhile compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in the area. Don’t change a thing with this breakfast set up. It is amazing.

The tub and toilet area of the bathrooms seem very dated and could use an update. There was also the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom air vent on occasion. The price for parking is a little ridiculous and not mentioned in the listing when booking the room. The room keys lose their programming very easily. Didn’t have them near my cell phone or credit cards and still lost its programming. The shuttle service to Disneyland is a little complicated. Having to download an app and sign up for a service is a little much. Should be able just to book a fair or pay for a fair without having to do that or have it offered for free.

We stayed here 3 nights for our Disney trip. Overall our stay was good, check in/out was super easy and fast. Our room had 2 full beds and a sofa bed which worked well for our family of 5. Husband slept in one bed, me and my 1 year old in the other bed and my 3 & 8 yr old in the sofa bed. Beds were not the most comfortable, especially the sofa bed but after a long day at Disney we didn’t complain lol. I will say that they need better pillows! Webhad their complimentary breakfast one day and it was decent. Will stay here again 👍🏼

Location was walking distance but also the ART was a 1 minute walk and it took us to Disneyland in about 5 minutes. The shower water was hot and bathrooms and rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable.

Our room AC was not working but they moved us to another room with working AC and accommodated us. The breakfast was yogurt and bananas. Not many options. The floor above us was really loud though. Bathtub was stained and above the shower was a hole in the ceiling.

The room was big and comfortable they have all you need refrigerator microwave and shower with the bathroom and sink, the house keeping was very nice and polite very friendly and keep the room well cleaned. Also, I like that is a smoke free property it’s a great place to stay .

I didn’t like that breakfast room was super hot and the lady in charge of the kitchen was rude and not nice and I didn’t like that I would be asking often to refill the orange juice the pancake mix and the tables were dirty and there was a spell and there was not even a caution wet floors sing! Also the other thing I didn’t like about the property is that why the property charge for parking ? When you are already a guest It should be parking lot free for all guest for appreciation of booking with them ! Other than that is a great place to stay!

We like the staff they were very helpful we liked the rooms they were clean and very nice.

We didn't like that you couldn't take your breakfast back to your room I've never stayed a hotel where you can have the option of taking your food back to your room so that was different and it was just like a continental breakfast so it wasn't like we had eggs and bacon or anything like that which would be nice I can see maybe not want nope can't even see that cuz other hotels are staying in they've always let us take our breakfast back so work on that I think that would be cool sometimes you have kids and you don't want to drag them all the way down to the room cuz they'll scream in it crying that way you can just take the food back to the room Sit Them Down feed them it makes a little more convenient thank you.

The property is VERY close to Disneyland. The Toy Story parking lot is walking distance from the hotel, then the shuttle will take you into the park. There’s also a bunch of restaurants nearby that are walking distance.

The walls & ceiling/floors are very thin. You can hear the people in the room above you walking around. You can hear people clearly talking in the hallway. And of course being so close to Disneyland, there’s a lot of kids so you may hear kids screaming or crying. If you’re a light sleeper or have a hard time falling asleep because of background noise, bring earplugs!! Our room was # 210. We were right next to the stairs, elevator & breakfast room. So there’s a lot of foot traffic in front of our room & therefore, a lot of noise.

The breakfast room was a big failure the room was very untidy we had to clean our tables every morning and chairs garbage bin full to the max 5 days in a row ask for hot water milk or coffee it was like a lady whats your problem take a ticket and wait for your turn cant really blame the girl who work there she was all by herself that was the downfall of the breakfast room
