We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this hotel. As a family of five, we found the room to be spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for resting after long days of exploring. The staff was exceptionally kind and understanding, always ready to help with a smile and make us feel welcome. Our children especially enjoyed the pool—it was a highlight of their stay and a great way to unwind and have fun as a family. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was a great bonus, especially when traveling with kids—it made everything more convenient. Thank you so much for your attention and care throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly return!

I like the location and the comfortable beds. There were enough towels. The closet room. That's all.

It looked like they had not swept. Found things from the last person there. Hair on the bathroom floor. That's all.

Please keep in perspective that you get what you pay for. It’s a similar distance to Disney as the Anaheim Hilton, but don’t expect the same type of facilities. The free parking for 1 vehicle is great. Having a separate bedroom for us is the reason we book this hotel since in a light sleeper and travel with people who snore. The small room even has a super noisy AC unit for white noise. I love it. But we do often find bugs and the rooms are old and the beds aren’t super comfy, but after a long day at Disney, I’ll sleep anywhere.

The room was clean and big. The staff was very friendly, and they even let us check in super early, which was an unexpected surprise since we arrived 4hrs before check in due to when our flight arrived (we had expected to just store baggage until later). The hot tub was a nice little treat for the feet after walking all day in the parks.

The bed was a little hard for my preference, but otherwise everything about the room was great. The outside (particularly the upper balcony floors) can use a little TLC, but I expect they will be addressing this as they are currently finishing renovating the rooms.

Great value, especially for the location! Less than a 15-minute walk to the Disneyland entrance. It's certainly not a 5-star place, but you shouldn't expect that for the price. Plus, one of the only hotels in the area that doesn't charge an additional fee for parking during your stay. Everything we needed to get a good night sleep before spending the day at the park!

The rooms are definitely in need of a little refresh, but I believe they are planning to do that this fall.

Extremely close to Disneyland! Rooms very clean! And the customer service is out of this world! I had forgotten a large bag of Disney pins- worth quite a lot of money. They mailed them out to me! They could have easily told me they didn’t have it and taken all of them. Very very very thankful. They went above and beyond for me. I will be returning, if I could give here a 100/10 I would ❤️

Nothing at all to complain about, outstanding service!

I liked the walking access to many stores and restaurants. I loved the separate rooms for the suite. I king bed was huge and the main room was huge. The hot tub and pool area was clean. The staff gave me extra towels for the pool area.

I had asked for extra sheets, blankets and pillow. Staff told me in an hour then I went back to office when that didn't happen then new staff told me they didn't have the key for the maids room to get the stuff that night.

We loved the location, it was a 10min walk to Disneyland and right next door to many restaurants and Anaheim Garden walk. The room was clean ans quiet. Loved the parking as well, free and plenty of parking with not so tight spaces. Staff was nice, let us check in early.

The suite we stayed in was very much outdated with the bathroom being the worst... no vent made the walks and ceiling moist and wet, I would of loved to have the mirror/sink outside in the little area next to bathroom, and the mirror by the desk in living area was too high up hung and small... ( there were 3 girls in our room 2 of them teens and needed more space to get ready ) also, we had the 3 bed with one seperate private room, it would have been nice to have 2 nightstands and a tv inside...

This hotel has all the things we care about. Good beds, a bed in a separate room, and walking distance to Disney.

It does have a lot of blemishes other people may care about. There was some minor damage in the room, like holes in the wall, and we could hear our neighbors and outside the room. But we could turn either or both of the AC units on to drown it out so we slept well. This is our go-to Disney hotel now as long as it’s a good price.

The staff was super nice and accommodating, and the location was perfect because it was only 15 minutes from the Disneyland security gates. The fridge and microwave was also accommodating to save money as well.

There could be some small repairs for aesthetic purposes, but minor compared to the price and close proximity to Disneyland. Plus the cleaning ladies were excellent and the staff super friendly and helpful.
