The family suite was great, with plenty of space for us. The kids had bunk beds and a sofa and the suite was divided with french doors. Also the hotel had a heated pool, which was nice since it was warm during our week stay. Their small parking lot filled up very quickly and made it hard to find a nearby spot, but they did offer access to a shared, secure parking structure with a neighboring hotel. The hotel was at most a 10 min walk to the Disney parks and close to lots of restaurant options. The buses to the park also stopped right in front of the hotel, making it a convenient option as well. Overall a great place to stay for our visit!

It’s close enough to Disneyland that we are able to go back to the room during the heat of the day, let the kids cool off in the pool, then go back to Disneyland for the rest of the day. The staff is so kind and helpful. This is our go to place when we do our Disney trips.

The main draw back is that the family rooms struggle with the A/C. Either it’s not cooling enough, or a vent doesn’t blow in the room closer to the hallway when the divider is closed. They try to address it for you, but I think it’s just older equipment. But over all, I still go back!

We have stayed at many properties in the Disneyland area and have returned to Portifino Inn 3x. While the property is not fancy by any means, it has a good size family room with enough beds for my 3 grown kids- a king for mom and dad with a privacy screen, a bunk bed and a pull out couch. Pull out mattress wasn't great but not terrible! We like that the bathroom is on mom and dad's "side" as not to wake kids every time mom gets up to pee haha! Beds were comfortable enough! No sore back Nice big bar fridge and microwave in room Wardrobe to hang things was helpful, lots of drawers to store stuff 2 tvs 10-12 min walk to park. Close enough to come for an afternoon nap Air conditioning worked great! Good location with food options and convenience stores nearby Pool area was nice. The addition of sun chairs really helped that area! Room was serviced infrequently. We ran out of things like toilet paper, soap, etc and had to walk to front desk a few times. Also garbages filled up fast and piled up. We took put ourselves a few times Nowhere to sit beyond pull out sofa. Needs a chair or 2 No surfaces to prep food or anything. Could use a desk or coffee table or something. There's 1 small table, but it filled up quickly with 5 people's stuff Limited outlets for charging devices Room overall is looking a bit shabby. Needs a refresh. Clean, but could use new furniture (dings here and there, a bit tattered looking) No breakfast but we bought stuff to eat in room

The location is ideal! Disney is one straight shot down the street, 10-15 minute walk. There’s restaurants and stores everywhere within walking distance. I liked the Family Suite which was spacious and clean and the dividing French doors was nice for quiet time or privacy. The hot tub was actually HOT and for me, that’s a plus.

No housekeeping unless you stay 3 plus days and you only get housekeeping the 3rd day only! That’s the worst policy and is so inconvenient for the guests. Towels and garbage is supposed to pile up in the room? For all the “fees” tacked on to the final bill, resort fees, companion fees, sales fees, Disney fees… housekeeping should be daily. Also, no breakfast option included. Coffee in the lobby would have at least been a nice touch.

Everything was clean. We had everything we needed. Walk from hotel to Disneyland was great. No noise from rooms next to us. The staff were very helpful when it came to communicating parking and all of that. We also had no issues with parking/finding a spot. No additional parking fee which was great! Highly recommend!

I didn't really have issues with anything. I think the beds weren't queen size which was a little cramped but still comfortable. The pillows were a little weird, small and shaped funny. That's just nit-picking though.

- The location is great, my family and I always choose this hotel when visiting Disneyland. - The staff is always so nice & welcoming. - Around the hotel & inside is always clean. After checking into the hotel we purchased bubble wands for the kids to take into Disneyland the following day, and realized once we got to the hotel we needed a screwdriver to put in the batteries… I asked the guy at the front desk, Jesus, if they had a screwdriver by any chance and he looked but didn’t find one. He was kind enough to call maintenance and Gerardo came with a handful of different screwdrivers to help us out. He did have to go back and look for a smaller one, but we eventually got the right size! They definitely didn’t have to do that for us, but they did and we really appreciated that! Especially our kids.

- Some of the furniture is a bit outdated, but always clean.

Convenience, location, should post what bus u can catch to and from Disneyland. Found out last night bus stop #5 at Disneyland and cost only $3. And leaves in front of CVS which nextdoor to hotel. Which was GREAT!!!! Staff, rooms were big and nice. Comfy beds.

I stayed Wed thru Sat. Only cleaned room Fri. I asked on Thurs am to have someone empty garbage, get clean towels and make one bed.got back late from Disneyland and wasn’t done. Had to call front desk to do at least empty garbage and bring fresh towels.

We had the Star Wars themed room. That was cool. Its location is not far from the Disney and the convention center. The room was adequate, but this hotel could use some renovation. The in-room refrigerator and microwave were a definite plus.

Everything seems old and dated. There’s nowhere to hang towels or hygiene bags. It could use more clothes hangers. For the price, offering some sort of breakfast or free snack options would be nice. Coffee in the lobby would be nice.

Great location to Disneyland/California Adventure. Multiple food options within walking distance and Target is less than a mile down the street. Security during the evening so I didn’t have to worry about my vehicle being broken into. Everything inside and out is very clean.

I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like. But if I had to list something maybe that the pool only stayed open until 10 pm. But I totally understand due to noise.

Close to Disneyland and next to the pharmacy. ONLY one female night staff was amazing!! Our KFC was waiting for us in the lobby. She made a silly joke and gave us plates, spoons, napkins and cups. She went beyond for us. Thank you nice lady

Morning staff was a jerk, and didn't let me go back to my room after check out to look for my wallet. Also, insulted us about our smell. The night staff didn't mention parking because of a situation happening.
