The location is superb - front desk staff excellent - housekeeping staff excellent - breakfast staff excellent - Family loved the hot fresh waffles at breakfast! - rooms very comfortable - air conditioning great - included buffet breakfast fantastic - coffee on tap 24/7 in reception great - coffee machine in room great. Lots of baggage carts available. Easy access to Disney via shuttle or a little walk away. Target a couple of blocks away to stock up on whatever (under $10 for uber trip back!) - lots of Ubers around: no need for a car. Area safe to walk around: although there are a few unlucky people sleeping rough in the vicinity they are very pleasant and no trouble - talk to them, they are human!!

Let down by maintenance not attending to blocked sink in kitchen on last but 1 day. Would be great to have hot vegan options for breakfast. Cooking facilities in room not great: had to get plates/bowls & cutlery etc from breakfast service.

This property is perfectly placed for a family vacation near to Disneyland and shuttle services. Also close to great restaurants for those looking for a romantic dinner

The location of the hotel, its close to disnyeland and lots of eatingoptions. The size of our room and the fact there was a separate lounge and fully stoked kitchen area and a full sized fridge with a freezer.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was pretty basic and the only non processed food available was an apple or banana, however, many people seemed to be enjoying it and it was an additional bonus considering the price for our room. We walked to walmart just down the road and bought some fresh fruit. The kitchen didn't have a cork screw so we couldn't open our bottle of wine, not a major as most wine bottles have screw cap.

Loved the cleaning staff always avail for additional bedding and room supplies . The pool and hot tub was enjoyable! The view of our room was amazing just not good for pet owners to walk through long halls and elevators to go off property to take them potty

That we were told to not use the pet area after 10 and to walk dogs off property.. This was so inconvenient! I paid a substantial amount to stay and brought my dogs for this reason to have this available and not be able to use this service was upsetting. Pet owners should not be put on 5th floor .but it was a great view !

The staff is awesome. The room was clean and nicely appointed. We needed an item, and it was brought to our room within 10 mins. The food is good with a wide variety (chia seed overnight and oat overnight cups), and good coffee/tea. The hotel is next to the Toy Story parking lot where we caught the tram to Disneyland. Bonus: you go thru the security check at this lot. Husband enjoyed the pool. We could see the fireworks from our room. We'd come back to this hotel.

Thinking. Hmmm. Cookie on our pillow?? = ). We were happy with everything. (OK. We didn't know we'd need a room key to leave the parking lot. Found out in time, but would be nice to understand this at check in.)

The room was nice and enough space for a family of 5. The included breakfast was ok, some good options.

Booking.com messed up my reservations again. When we arrived at the Hilton, our reservation was not in the system. Booking.com didn't book my reservation. Fortunately, Jeovannie, Front Supervisor, was able to help us. Jeovannie booked us an upgraded room and saved me an extra $150 from what it would of cost from my original Booking.com reservation. Needless to say, this is the 2nd time that Booking.com didn't book my reservation at the hotel location I reserved for.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. We took the shuttle each day we were at Disneyland parks. The breakfast each morning was crazy busy but worthwhile for filling out bellies for a long day at the parks. The staff at breakfast worked extremely hard to refill everything and keep the area clean. They were also super polite and helpful. Everyone we encountered staff wise was so sweet. The pool was a comfortable temperature with plenty of seating. I’m glad we brought our own beach towels bc the towels were hard to come by. But since I didn’t expect to have any, it wasn’t a problem for us. Daily coffee bar was also a great amenity and the front desk staff always had a smile.

The room had a stale stench the whole time we were there. I think it was from the rugs. I would say half the outlets worked and half did not. The tv in the bedroom would only work for a few minutes at a time before glitching or freezing. The toaster wouldn’t turn off on its own. So you had to set a timer and hit cancel or else you burnt the toast (or worse). However, None of these issues were a deal breaker. In fact I didn’t even alert the staff bc it wasn’t anything that disrupted our trip. I didn’t want to pester anyone or move rooms. I think this hotel is doing renovations soon and hopefully these kinks will be worked out. I would be willing to stay again next year to give it another chance.

Breakfast choices were great, suite had plenty of space, loved that there was a full sized fridge and microwave! Bathroom could use extra lighting in shower, but manageable. King sized bed was nice too. Cable TV options were good too. The staff was friendly and exceeded expectations from the front desk to the breakfast staff, thank you! Nice that there are EV chargers available. Next time will have to stay longer to take advantage of gym, pool, jaccuzi, basketball hoop, mini golf, etc. Didn't purchase anything from the minimart, but it's nice to see they had a variety of ice cream in the freezer. Hotel location is close enough to the Toy Story parking lot, a 10 min walk (0.4 mi), so walking there and going through the parking security check line is short, easier and better than walking all the 20 min (0.8 miles) to the front long lines security gates at Disneyland.

A/C fan kept going to "auto" when I wanted it to stay on "high". Overall, the room facilities aren't modern style, but they aren't so dated either. Sofa could be updated, no throw pillows and is firm, but neither of these things are game changers.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for me and my family. The king family suite was perfect for me and my two toddlers. One of whom is autistic. All of the staff were super amazing about helping us with anything we needed & we would have extended another night had they not been sold out ! We didn’t want to leave lol. We will be back in April or May & I am looking forward to the waffles ! I didn’t care for the tater tots , I liked the breakfast cubed potatoes. Those should be served every day. Anyway if you’re on the fence about this place it’s got everything you need in a hotel. Don’t go spend 600 a night to come back to a room you’re so exhausted all you’ll do is pass tf out in. Especially going to Disneyland. My kids were so tired they immediately got into pajamas and passed out. The room was amazingly clean when I got into it & it smelled clean. Each room had different air condition controls which was AMAZING!

The only thing I can complain about is the lighting in the bathroom. When I got up earlier than everyone to get ready so they didn’t have to wait on me the bright light from the bathroom woke my husband up. Honestly he needed to start waking up anyway but that’s the ONLY thing I could say I don’t like 🤣
