I enjoyed the price for the proximity to the convention center (it was only a 15 minute walk and 30 to Disney). Other hotels in the area were charging a lot more. It was super clean, the room was nice, and the staff was friendly. While it wasn’t anything crazy, the free breakfast was a nice touch and the waffles in particular were delicious.

My only complaint for the whole stay is how much the sound traveled through the ceiling. We were on the first floor which was great as we got a parking spot right outside our room. Anytime the people above us moved around though we could hear it.

Loved the very accommodating staff, super helpful, and we're able to get in our room very early for no extra. Spa was lovely and hot, and the pool was heated also. Bed was on the harder side but was huge. I did sleep well though. Nice lotions and soaps, lovely waffles.right across from Taco bell, couple mins walk from Target.washing facilities were also good. comfy couch in room and very spacious rooms and bathrooms and kitchen eating room. Resident cat was cute to have around also.

The free coffee was not well maintained and often cold, and milk not often restocked would be better with a machine. The location from Disneyland is just that too much too far without a car. We would catch the toystory shuttle, but that block and a half walk is just a bit too much when you're extremely tired from a long day there, for that I probably wouldn't stay again and would go at least a block closer. Great value for money, though.

The prices are fantastic for what you get, and I mean the peace of mind, the space and quality of the room. Each time we come we get the double Queen bed suite, we’ve been loyal ever since finding this place.

The TV situation, before they would have TVs in both the sofa space and the bed space when you got the double Queen suite, but recently they’ve taken a lot of the TVs away from the sofa space so youre only left with one TV and it’s really disappointing.

Employees were very accommodating, kind, and understanding. After a very, very long night of traveling, we were able to book into our rooms 2 hours earlier than the usual time of check-ins. There were a handful of things within the room that seemed to have been recently upgraded, such as the shower mirror and TV. My family and I really enjoyed the room where there was a sliding door that separated the bedroom from the front door.

Some parts of the room seemed outdated or not in good order. In one of the rooms I booked, there were gaps in the floorboards and the shower had dirty corners inside. The nightstand was not very sturdy and seemingly had two stacked on top of each other.

Breakfast adequate: guess it had more savory options before covid? Would be great if those options can return Misunderstanding at check in. I made reservation but husband went to check in for me. At first, staff stated that wasn't allowed since I have to be physically present, not just with my ID. Then when I called, another staff said any ID is ok but husband doesn't have his own ID (in which he does, he gave it to staff but staff said it is me who have to be physically present).......?? So one person say I (person who made reservation) have to be physically present and another staff say any ID is ok........ conflicting info for a delayed check in.

This property is in a great location, about a block and half from Toy Story parking lot. The room was very clean and big. A separate room with a separate tv can easily accommodate small children with the pull out trundle couch (extra bedding found in couch compartment.). King bed was firm which i like a lot. The pillows are soft and ok. Ample lighting the room via ceiling recessed lighting. Enough outlets. Bathroom has a nice glass shower no tube, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Nice small refrigerator with separate small freezer and microwave is a great addition to the room. Breakfast is provided with a variety of cereal and breads. The nicest lady is in the back making waffles and keeping the area very clean. The front desk staff was also very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and tell others about it.

There was only one thing wrong and that was the tv in the bedroom. You would turn it on a the picture would go out about 10 minutes after. We didn’t report it until check out due to we only stayed overnight and wouldn’t be using the tv much. The other thing is the coffee creamer for breakfast was only provided “hazelnut” creamer. Although there was regular milk there to use, it would have been nice to have another choice since some might be allergic to nuts.

I like how easy access it is with the ART bus, the size of the room, security of safety, and the friendly staff. The accomodations the staff does is really great and they're so friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying here. Morning brekkie is an awesome option too 👌🏼

The only thing is, the beds need more blankets, they're a little stiff, and the shampoo, conditioner dispensers are hard to push the product out. Plus, the quality of them, the shampoo and conditioner, they're a little harsh on the hair. They need more moisture or vitamins infused in the blend. Maybe find a better provider? The lotion dispenser too--it was too thin. It all dried my skin out profusely. I think the quality could maybe go up a bit for those things in the room.

Parking for a fee but very convenient. Walking distance to convention center. Room was spacious, clean. Updated. Microwave and refrigerator a plus! Coffee and tea in the lobby. Next door to mini market and carls Jr.

Bed was not comfortable, mattress was hard. The free breakfast closes before their advertised time of 9:30. Didn’t get to enjoy that. Had a room closer to street and stairway so very loud at night. Upstairs guest were very loud but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

-close to Disneyland , not waking distance but close to the park and lots of stuff like gas station, food, mini market, restaurants - staff were so nice and polite . They went above and beyond checking in to make sure we were okay - nice breakfast . Simple but it was so satisfying before a day at disneyland - was clean ! No bed bugs, smoke smell and the shower felt clean. I still cleaned it but that’s cus I’m like that lol - modern shower , nice glass door that wasn’t full of scum - ac was nice , had a modern thermostat and we could control the temp - tile flooring , no gross carpet - good seating area , good tv selection and even a desk if you needed to work between Disney trips - felt comfortable after a long day

- outside was outdated , could be remodeled - walls were thin. We could hear everything but we were so exhausted we passed out - parking was tight but doable - door didn’t feel secure, it didn’t lock correctly - shower pressure was low, toilet moved - no nice view but we were at Disney so it didn’t matter to us but if you like a nice view this isn’t your place - elevator was janky
