Great location, yummy breakfast which was great value and inclusive in yr stay. Staff were informative and friendly (especially Anna) Pool was great, closed at 10pm, spa was exceptionally great for disney feet and at great temperature. It was hot and bubbly. Hotel clean and comfortable. Good size rooms (2 queens). Bit far from Disney to walk (especially after doing Disney all day) but the shuttle bus was great, just outside hotel pick up and just outside Disney. Cost $8 usd each but so worth it. Never had to wait long at all for buses. Highly recommend for families, great value for the price.

Parking was too expensive especially when you shared with nearby restaurants which were free. $45 aud per night i think is too steep.

breakfast was delicious, the waffle making area was congested with kids so I wasn't too happy with that because we waited quite some time to be able to get in to make ours. Room is very clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. The manager came to our table while we ate breakfast and took our plates to throw them away. He was very kind and attentive.

Breakfast area to make waffles was too crowded with kids trying to make their waffles. That was overwhelming and just an unorganized mess.

The staff was very helpful. My daughter had left her doll on the outside bench on accident and they put it in the lost and found. Breakfast is also has some decent offerings. The hotel is conveniently close to Disneyland.

There didn't seem to be a way to block the window light. There was a huge light coming from the hotel across the street making it very difficult to sleep. We could also hear people from the pool which also makes it difficult to sleep.

The breakfast was pretty good and wasn’t overpacked there was enough space to eat. The stay was comfortable clean and staff was very helpful with anything that was needed. They were helpful with directions, asked what else they can help with, recommended great restaurants and helped get transportation to Disneyland. Beverly from front desk made our stay perfect for my little girls birthday we appreciate it.

The front desk worker was so friendly and helpful to me. I had trouble using the app to book tickets for the bus and she sat down with me and patiently helped me with that. Also, I was so impressed that she called me by my name when I came back to the hotel. I’ve never ever experienced that before! The breakfast was so plentiful and good. Overall, an excellent stay with excellent customer service!

The ice machine was working on our floor but I was able to use it on another floor.

I loved everything from this hotel. The free breakfast, and the rooms are great. Don't have a complaint. Definitely will return on our future Disney stay.

The only thing i didn't like was that they don't tell you which room you will get. They randomly pick a room that's available. We got a handicap room. We asked to moved to a different room of course. Would be great that they tell you before, which room you will get.

I loved the breakfast, it was amazing and had something for everyone in my family. I liked the kitchen set up as well as the distance to the park. I also liked the staff because they seemed very attentive and helpful. Last but not least they had a shuttle bus to Disneyland.

I feel that the breakfast could have had veggies meat or beyond meat options because I didn't see any. I also feel that there should have been a smart tv in the room so that I could access my streaming services.

Everything was great! VERY comfy beds which was a must after being at Disneyland for 10+ hours. AC worked great, size of the rooms were perfect for my big family. All of the staff was wonderful! Breakfast was tasty, they had eggs, sasusages, waffels, muffins, juice, cereal, yogurts, and some fruit. Wasn't as much as some other hotels but it was definitely enough. Close to Disneyland about a 6 minute drive. Close to alot of stores and restaurants as well. I will be staying here again.

Housekeeping didn't pick up our trash or provide new towels after the first day of our stay. However, when we called the front desk they had all of that taken care of promptly.

But they were very accommodating, and I was very uneasy about bringing my pet with me and because I have state previously at a different location. I felt very comfortable with my pet being with me in the room.

I wish I would’ve gotten the king size bed my husband is a big guy and we both did not fit comfortably in a queen but it was 1 night so I’m not complaining 😀

The prices for the parking lot are high, the extra unknown fees at the hotel should be sufficient to covered for that without the extra charge for parking. The parking area is a not a covered area, shared spaced to other business closed by, anyone could park at the big lot and ur vehicles are exposed to vandalism or damages of other vehicles or ppl , carpets need an upgrade in some areas
