The check-in employee, Melissa, was friendly and welcoming. She got us checked in quickly and informed us of the hotel amenities (elevator location, breakfast hours and location). Our reserved King Room had plenty of space to move about. Our room had two bedrooms, one with the king bed (first room upon entering) and one with the desk and two kids bunk beds. I liked that the bathroom counter was long and had two sinks for the two of us to spread out our toiletries. The shower head provided great coverage and water pressure. The toilet had a powerful, quick refill flush mechanism. The air conditioning unit kept our room at a comfortable temperature during our stay. The free breakfast service was exceptional. The breakfast staff kept the room tidy, utensils/supplies and food well stocked, and bussed our tables in a friendly and efficient manner. Upon check out, the two females employees (forgot to ask their names) were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Housekeeping emptied our trash and replaced our towels daily during our stay. The hotel location was a quick walk to the Anaheim Convention Center and to many local eateries.

The only window in our room was in the first bedroom and opened up directly facing the walkway. The walkway between the bathroom counter and only closet in the room was narrow, and only allowed one person to access the closet at a time. We also felt the two-paneled mirrored closet doors were a poor design in the narrow space. I would have liked a wall handle for getting into and out of the shower since the side of the tub was a big step over. The light/fan in the shower/toilet room space was loud so be aware if you don't want to disturb your room occupants at night. There were some communication gaps in our housekeeping request for new bedding during our stay (our bed was not remade so we could tell the request was not passed along).

The property location was close to Disneyland and the Toy Story parking lot. The rooms were clean, comfy beds, and just big enough for my family of four. Breakfast was tasty, and the food service staff was friendly and attentive. Sergio and Yolanda were checking in on guests during breakfast service and ensuring that there was always enough food present. The front desk was kind and helpful as well. We had an issue where our deadbolt came off the door, and maintenance fixed it immediately. Lastly, I made a comment upon reservation that we'd be staying to celebrate my birthday at Disneyland. We were surprised when we opened the door to our room. They put up birthday decorations along with a birthday card. We appreciated the extra effort to give us an enjoyable experience at this property.

We were really happy with our stay at best Western plus raffles inn and suites Anaheim the staff here is really nice and friendly 😀 and they really go above and beoned and make you feel welcome when me and my husband Rodney arrived here they welcome us to best Western plus raffles inn and suites Anaheim they check us in and then we went to our hotel room when we walked in our hotel room were impressed the room was very nice and clean the bed was so comfortable we really felt at home at best Western plus raffles inn and suites Anaheim we came to Anaheim to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary this year we got married in January 2006 we stayed here for 3 nights so we could celebrate our anniversary at disneyland resort we come every year around January we also enjoyed the free breakfast in the mornings the kitchen staff was really good and nice and friendly they aways made 😀 sure that the gest were happy and Sergio Mataz and the kitchen staff me Julie and husband Rodney would like to really thank you to the staff of best Western plus raffles inn and suites Anaheim we loved everything we will definitely come to stay at best Western plus raffles inn and suites Anaheim it's the coolest place to stay in Anaheim another thing that we really like about staying at best Western plus raffles inn and suites Anaheim that it's only 10 minute walk to toy story parking lot 😀 we give best Western plus raffles inn and suites Anaheim 10 tumbs up we will definitely be back to stay at best Western plus raffles inn and suites Anaheim again we really loved it thet much 😀

Good location for the Toy Story car park to Disneyland, though it only saves a small amount of time compared to walking. Rooms are neat and clean. We had a family room with bunk beds, which was good, though a little small for 5 people. Breakfast was overall good and different options in the hot food each morning. Welcoming staff on check-in. Mostly quiet and well insulated rooms.

Needs more vegetarian options at breakfast. Only one elevator for a property this size is not really adequate. Very small shampoo and amenities, which were half-used before we got them. Not enough cups for 5 people.

We had a lovely stay at the Best Western Raffles Plus. We were two parents, two teen kids who slept on the main room's sofa bed, and grandma who got the private room with a door she could close. We all shared the one bathroom which was cozy, but we made it work as we didn't spend much time in the room. The pool was very small, but the hot tub was great for soothing tired feet after a long day at Disney. The breakfast 6:30-9:30 (in Oct 2024) was perfect to get us going in the day. I agree with those who said the walk to the shuttle was very easy! We're very grateful to all the staff for a pleasant stay.

Not much - pool could have been larger, the general appearance of the room could use an update (like peeling wall paper due to bathroom's humidity) - but for us and our well-loved days at Disney, it fit the bill!

Although not fancy, this hotel met our needs for a running weekend. Staff was very nice, always professional. Room was always restocked with towels, garbage emptied, etc. The breakfast room was nice, free breakfast was pretty decent with hot items that were kept fresh/hot. The breakfast room staff was always very nice too. We had the family kids suite and the extra beds and bathroom were great! Vanity space for 4 people was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, even the bunk bed mattresses were nice.

The room was dated and the hotel itself was a little further from the parks than we would have liked, but for the price we paid, I can't say I was dissatisfied. This is an older hotel that could use both interior and exterior upgrades, but you get what you pay for. It is a much better deal than most of the other hotels in the area and we had no complaints.

We only stayed one night just to visit friends who live in Orange County. I imagine the proximity to Disneyland is fantastic for most families. We did walk out and watch the fireworks from the street in front. Our room was a two room suite which was great for our big family. We loved the heated Jacuzzi and had a lot of fun in the pool at night. It’s open much later than most hotels which was such a bonus and had pool towels. We also thought the hot breakfast was a good value and the staff was super friendly and helpful..

I can’t think of anything bad - maybe just be mindful of the huge breakfast rush for people heading to Disney. We were leaving early so didn’t have a problem.

Front desk was super helpful and nice. Loved the double room, location was in an enjoyable area with many places to eat. Breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly. Will only be staying here from now on exceeded our expectations

Only complaint was that our room wasn’t cleaned while we were out- but maybe I needed to request it and missed that part. There was trash from the night before I was hoping would be taken out to reduce smell. Smoke detectors battery was low and it kept making a sound. Maintenance was immediately sent and batteries were replaced but issue persisted which was weird. Very minor things other than that everything else was perfect.
