The breakfast was awesome. There was plenty of options to choose from, including sausage and scrambled eggs, tasty muffins, bread, english muffins, yummy juice, cereal, and yogurt. We had a 2 bedroom room with 2 queen beds and a bunkbed. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable motel beds I have ever slept on. There are a few fast food places nearby that are open late. If you have a car, but don't want to pay the $35 parking fee at Disney, you have a few options. 1- walk the whole way to Disneyland which is a bit more than a mile. 2- walk to the Toy Story parking lot and take the free shuttle to Disneyland. 3- if you have a car, drive your people to the Disney drop off, to save their feet from all of the walking, and the driver returns the car back to the motel and either walks the whole way or goes to the Toy Story parking lot and take the shuttle. This way only one person does the extra walking. You can also pay $6 a day for unlimited rides on the ARTS bus which stops in front of the motel. You can also find discounts on the ARTS bus app. We went to Disneyland parks 4 days in a row and put on about 16,000 to 22,000 steps a day, so that walk back and forth to the motel really added up.

I don't like that we had to pay to park our car at the motel, but it seems to be pretty standard to pay to park a car at most of the places nearby. We paid $12 a night plus tax for car parking, which is a lower price than a lot of the other motels.

I’ve stayed at this hotel about 5 times and I can say it’s a pleasant hotel and affordable. Easy access to the Art transport. Love the spacious pool. We had an upper level room on the backside and this time we really didn’t hear a lot of commotion from neighbors as a year prior. Really enjoyed my stay.

I didn’t like the fact that the jacuzzi was a bit dirty I believe a little more maintenance on it would be better.

The pool area was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. The room was a good size with plenty of storage and the beds were comfortable. The shower and bath was nice and everything was clean and cleaned daily. Staff at reception were very helpful. We took the shuttle bus to Disneyland which was very convenient. Overall it was a great place to stay with close proximity to Disneyland as well as shops and restaurants.

Parking was charged per day so we preferred to find street parking. Unfortunately the spa was closed, however it appeared to be a very nice one.

I got a screaming deal a few months before our trip. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I liked that the bathroom sink was separate from the toilet and shower. I liked that there were plenty of drawers so I could separate my family's clothes, so they could easily access their own clothes, and I didn't have to spend that time setting out their things for them. The pool and hot tub were nice and secluded. The breakfast was nice and the ladies in the kitchen were super sweet and helpful. My son's allergies were not affected by any mold. Parking was easy if you parked during the day. The ART bus stop was directly outside.

The biggest issue was the noise. The first night, car alarms went off at least five times throughout the night. It sounded like we were in a thin tent next to the noise. However, the rest of the nights, we were very tired and I didn't notice the noise much. The second (small) issue was that there was an obvious need for more ventilation. The picture I am attaching seems bad, but it's only a small section of the bathroom. Our towels would not dry hanging in the bathroom, but did better hanging on hangers.

Rude people and children running up and down the hallways and people yelling and waking up others at all hours of the night. I understand that they were coming back from Disney but it is rude and disrespectful to others that are trying to sleep

All the staff was amazing and had wonderful attitudes, and they were very helpful. The breakfast was good too. I liked that they had vending machines for drinks. And also an outdoor seating for breakfast time or even just to sit outside for a bit. Wonderful location 5 minutes away from a Target, 5 to 6 minutes from Disneyland, and also across the street from a Taco Bell. We came and stayed here for Knotts Berry Farm, and that was about a 16-minute drive. Which wasn't bad. The beds were soooo comfortable and also rooms were really clean and the showers and shampoo and bodywash which was an AMAZING SURPRISE!

I didn't like that our A/C in our room didn't cool down too much, but it might have just been due to the muggy weather outside. Also this was my fault but I did overlook that they do charge for parking here. So if you stay here and plan to have a vehicle on the property it will be $14 for parking for the entirety of your stay. WHICH AGAIN IS NOT BAD. Other than that I have no other complaints.

The guy who worked front desk was very kind and help a lot. Had a leak in our room and he handled it so we. When I called to ask questions about parking a woman answered and seemed annoyed. I was unsure how it would go but I was pleasantly surprised. Room was big and clean smelled clean. I Would stay again.

Car races on the back road all night that you can hear in outside rooms. Stay on the inner rooms. Cant hear the car in the inner rooms. Nothing they can do but maybe ask to put speed bumps to be added but its hard to sleep with it going on. Had to turn on AC to block it out as much as it could.

We where right beside the breakfast room so that was handy. Breakfast was really really good. Try the waffles!! Can sit inside or outside. Being so close to the road was very noisy but not hotel fault. Room was big and shower was really good. Bed was so comfortable. Could hear people slamming doors in the morning but overall was just a normal Inn with people busy in the morning going to Disney or Convention at the Center. 30-40 min walk away from Disney if your not in a rush. We did get an Uber once or twice up and down to the park. Reception staff where very friendly and could ask them any thing you wanted to know. Luggage storage was free and very handy when checking out and you had a few hours to do stuff after checking out.

Let me start this with saying I’ve been staying here on the start of my Disney trips for the past 3 years and I’ve stayed here for a total of 23 separate times! I honestly love this place the staff is awesome from the front desk to maintenance to the cleaning crew absolutely awesome! Good size rooms for the price you pay as well and they have a good breakfast selection which is free!!! Thank you Stanford few!!!!!

Not much to complain about only little things like sometimes some rooms will have low pressure water in toilet and shower at times but nothing major

The customer service of all staff. Location to the parks and food.

No elevator, a challenge for older guest or families with little kids. Do not stay in the rooms facing the apartments, super noise. Cars ramping up engines and making alarms go off. This went on for 3 hours 9 pm to 12 am and it is a public street so the hotel is not able to do nothing about it but it was really hard to sleep a few nights. The kids were a bit scare as well as these cars were ramping up their engines.
