I can see my car from the room’s window.

This wasn’t a huge issue but there weren’t any vending machines in the hallways.

Large, well-built building, friendly and professional staff. Very clean everywhere. Large closet in the room, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, not those stupid little bottles. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean linen and all the furniture in the room. Good soundproofing, we didn't hear our neighbors. The room is very cozy and comfortable. Very tasty, varied breakfast. If you paid for it, of course, $20 per person. Our breakfast was included in the accommodation.

Paid parking, $25 per day. Although it is their own parking around the building. One day we barely found parking. The sockets in the room are very strangely located, right next to each other. It was impossible to use two at once. We got an unfortunate room in terms of location, above the pool. The children were terribly noisy. Thank somebody for sending them to their rooms at 11 pm. As a tea lover, I missed Earl Grey tea bags, only coffee in the room. But these are minor things of course.

The property was clean and nice for what I needed. I got to choose the room I wanted through the Hilton app even though I booked through booking.com. I like that you can choose to have the breakfast buffet or not as apart of the price. We ate one time at the breakfast buffet and went elsewhere the rest of the days. It’s nice to have the option to not pay for the included breakfast.

I guess someone smoked in their room which set the fire alarm off at 5am. The staff didn’t really communicate anything to guest as everyone was sitting outside. The staff did eventually tell everyone they can go back in their rooms after they were done checking people in. They also couldn’t find what room was smoking as they are not allowed to enter rooms to check? So the fire alarm actually happen to go off again right when we were checking out at 11am. Just a note in case anyone is sensitive to noice. I’ve read other reviews with the same issue prior to me booking as well.

The hotel and all its amenities are very nice and comfortable. The pool is a nice size and so is the Jacuzzi . The rooms are nice and clean as well. The gym is decent as well. The breakfast was good. The overall offer we got with Booking.com was very nice and reasonable.

The cleaning schedule was a bit confusing as it said in the room that they clean the room every other day but what happened with us is that the room didn't get any cleaning till the last day, the fourth, which didn't seem right to us.

Room on the first floor did not have to wait for the only elevator that was working . The staff was friendly. I paid to include breakfast and it was pretty decent, scrambled eggs, potatoes and a meat. They also had fruit, cereal, oatmeal, toast, juice and coffee.

Check your rate. I noticed my total was $200 higher than what I expected to pay even with the $50/day deposit. They had to manually adjust it. With that said I was short $200 to spend only vacation because it was on hold. Only one working elevator. I could not figure out how to use the keurig in the room. They did let me use the one in the lobby but they usually charge $2 to use it.

The staff is wonderful, especially MaryAnn at the front desk. We had a package deal for buffet breakfast. It was wonderful, with selections to please everyone. The lobby was welcoming and a nice spot to relax while waiting for family or Uber.

The bathrooms are fine, except there’s no window or exhaust fans to remove steam after a shower or bath. That made for a muggy bathroom when several of us used the shower over a period of time.

The room was very clean and the AC worked amazing.

I did not like that some of the parking spots were closed off, some guest did not park right so the next spot was empty and tight no room for parking our car. Also, the side doors for entrance are not kept open after 10pm which is an inconvenience when coming back to the hotel after visiting Disneyland.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good but I feel was overpriced. I stayed over an extra day on my stay and the booked directly with the hotel for the extra day and was a cheaper rate than what I got through booking.com.

The value of the breakfast buffet as far as the amount I paid for as to what I got. Room rate with Booking.com was higher that amount charged for extra day stay that I booked direwctly with hotel.

The hotel was close to so many restaurants and stores. The rooms were big and beds comfy. Water pressure in shower was amazing! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok but definitely wish they had a pancake or waffle option for the kiddos. The kids had fun in the pool area.

The room we had was facing the main street and it was noisy at times at night from the vehicles. But nothing major other than that.

Close to Disneyland but they don't have their own shuttle service; however, the public shuttle is right outside the hotel and cost just a few bucks per day. Staff were very friendly and rooms clean.

There was only one elevator since the 2nd one was down for repairs for a few months. The hotel has a smell I didn't particularly like but that's a personal preference.
