The location and price were very good! The size of the room was very comfortable. Staff is great! It's very convenient because of how close it is to many attractions.

Bathroom got hot easily since AC does not reach in there.

Location is a 15 minutes walk distance to Disney parks, and a 5 minutes walk to Toy Story parking lot. It's clean and bathroom has good furniture. Quiet at night.

Lack of parking lot spaces; they should have 1 designated parking space per room, in front of the room; all extra cars should be accommodated somewhere else. It's a mess at night when you come back. We checked in on the late afternoon, went out to a show, went back at night, around midnight, and there was someone else's car in front of OUR ROOM, and we only brought 1 car, ONE. That shouldn't be acceptable.

Good price and place was clean

We called initially to ask if we could drop our bags off, which was fine, but when we got there the person at the front desk seemed confused, didn't give us a receipt so we just had to trust our luggage would be okay. He also locked the doors on us as we were outside fixing our luggage for a few minutes before we dropped it off. Our door didn't latch fully, room 219 and there was a large gap in the bottom. Which meant it was quite loud when people walked by at night. Attached image of door it was closed more than usual because we wedged it shut so we felt more secure.

It would be preferable to have a microwave in the room. However, because I was right next to the room where the microwave is it wasn’t an issue for me. it was surprisingly quiet there which was nice. I didn’t get any of the noise from Harbor Boulevard. The room was clean and they seem to be doing work to make it nicer. I know that they were painting in the room where the microwave is and I think that ultimately they plan to have a complementary breakfast there. That would be nice, but overall it was really really great.

I always stay at another hotel and after a bad experience in Dec decided to give this hotel a try. This room is modern clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, the furniture and bed frame is bedbug proof which is really appreciated with the number of nice hotels being infested in recent years. The tv has Netflix and apps. Parking is right outside your room door and off the street.

Too far of a walk from stores or Disneyland parks but there are plenty of transport options and the value and cleanliness make it worth it. No pool or hot tub. Wish they had a microwave in room if staying longer.

Great hotel location for me and my friends. I have stayed at this hotel many times now. The staff here is always very friendly. Parking is good. Breakfast is not provided. Prices for staying here are always great. Distance to nearby restaurants or convenient stores are very close by where you wouldn't have to drive. Overall a great stay every time.

I bring my own pillows, so if you're looking for a little more cushion, I would suggest traveling with your own comfy pillow. If you like to be very warm at night, bring your own blankets. I don't mind their blankets myself.

The location was ideal for us. The room & bathroom was clean, bed is very comfortable with ample pillows. AC works well. I did not dislike anything with regards to the room & staff. The hotel did not have an ice machine & parking is limited. May need to street park if hotel is full

This was my first time being at this hotel, and the location is great, very affordable. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms were nice and not at all outdated like some of these other hotels and the bed was so comfortable. There are alot of close food options and it's close to the parks.

I didn't really like that the parking was first come first serve and I had to pay but it honestly wasn't that big of a deal and I had no issues getting a parking

I've stayed here a few times over the years and continue to "check in" on them every once in awhile to see how it develops. The new ownership and staff is fantastic, friendly and very willing to make sure things go right the first time. Our room was nice and the property was clean. Housekeeping was polite and the front desk responsive to questions.

I have always felt like they could use a bigger parking lot but that's not really something they can change. Can't knock any points off for the impossible. :)

The property is older but the rooms have been pretty nicely refreshed with new fixtures and furniture. TV was very large and the AC was extremely effective. The staff were very friendly. Parking is on site and costs $10, but if you have a huge vehicle, I wouldn’t recommend trying to park it here. The lot is narrow and best for smaller cars. Location is pretty good and near lots of dining and dessert options. No bugs and the mattress itself was clean.

Since the bones of the property are older, it isn’t as pristinely clean as you might hope. Towels and bedding were clean but you could see grime along the corners of the walls and floors here and there. The bed kind of sunk in the middle but I was eventually able to find a comfortable spot. The bathroom had be very little counter space, only some drawers below for storage. Finally, the TV was nice and big but unfortunately it did not work. We were only able to find 1 channel that we could get and it would flicker in and out.
