We got one of the remodeled rooms, I read some recent reviews about some of the rooms not matching the pictures. Our room was modern, remodeled shower that was really nice, very clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious for all of our bags, stroller, and pack and play. Free parking and free breakfast is a plus!! The breakfast was better than I expected considering people were negative in the reviews. You just have to time it right. People come in waves, the seating is semi limited. If 20 people are flooding in all at once of course it’s going to get pretty crowded and hard to find seating. Luckily we walked in when there were open tables and no line but shortly after a wave of people came in and I saw the frustration from guest with the crowding. The breakfast was tasty, lots of options like cereals, juices, milk, fruit, coffee, eggs, sausage, Mickey waffles, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, muffins. Impressive hot breakfast for being free!! The location is a little bit of a walk for Disneyland BUT very very short walk (5 minutes) to the Toy Story parking lot which shuttles you to the park. Early morning security check points are set up at Toy Story lot so you don’t have to go through security again at the main gate. I would recommend and stay here again. Price was a little high but it’s due to booking during a 3 day holiday weekend while a Disney marathon was going on. Front desk could be a little more welcoming compared to other hotels in the area that go above and beyond to welcome you to the happiest place on earth, but that’s ok.

Although it wasn’t a deal breaker the hospitality from the front desk could be a little friendlier. Hotels around the area really put in the extra effort to be friendly and spread that Disney Magic.

Whoever runs this place is doing a great job. We knew off the bat this was a two/three star hotel so we weren't expecting top of the line amenities and I think a few people who give it a low rating forget that. So with that being said we were pleasantly surprised at the effort being put in. Every single employee was so kind and welcoming, room was clean, shower water hot, and breakfast was better than most hotels of this caliber. The lady making the Disney waffles was so sweet! The location is perfect. We walked about 5 minutes to the toy story shuttle where we caught it for free right to the front of Disneyland. Would definitely book again.

The elevator broke down a couple times and the wifi did not work AT ALL. Everything else was fine.

If you are looking for an affordable hotel near Disneyland, this is the best your gonna get. Every hotel is going to have good and bad reviews! You are basically testing your luck. We stayed here for 3 days and it was amazing. For the price and amenities you can’t find it anywhere else. Free breakfast & free parking, close to Disney! It can’t get any better than that. If you’re going to Disney you walk to the Toy Story lot which is about 10-15 minutes walk and the bus takes you to the disney entrance! Super convenient for us & saved us tons of $$! Hotel staff & the parking staff were super nice & helpful :) The room was nicely renovated, the A/C was super cold. Has a fridge & microwave. The closet space may be small, but we did not mind since we keep everything in our luggage’s.

Friendly Staff, accommodated us every time we requested something. Location is Excellent 10 mins walk to Toy Story parking lot to take the Free Shuttle to Disneyland lots of restaurants within walking distance. Target is about 10 mins drive. FREE Parking was a bonus. Breakfast is the same everyday but it's decent filled us up. Pool was small we didn't use it at all. Bed was very comfy but pillows could be a little softer. I suggest to bring extra house slippers the floors are vinyl and can be sometimes hard to walk on. Otherwise we are very happy staying here for 3 nights.

Floors. Hallways can be loud cause other guests are up as early as 5am or 6am.

Breakfast was way better than expected! There was Mickey & Friends waffles, sausage, some type of egg, baked goods, coffee, juice, milk, tater tots/hash browns, cereal, biscuits, and gravy. The room was spacious. It included a microwave and a fridge (not full size, but bigger than a mini). The beds were comfy! Location is amazing! The hotel is also walking distance to Toy Story Parking, so we were able to catch the free buses to Disney each day, both ways. We walked to the gas station for late night snacks and got Carl's Jr for lunch one day.

We didn't drive, but if you're driving the parking lot is kinda small, so be prepared to do valet (it is FREE! so that's a plus). You have to go to the front desk to grab any extra items for the room (pillow, blanket, towels, etc). We didn't mind, but another party was complaining about having to request house keeping.

We had a family of 5 and the room was small but comfortable! The pull out bed is really only big enough for one shorter adult or kiddo but it was one of the more comfortable pull out sofas that I have experienced! The hot breakfast was great and the staff was nice and helpful. The hot tub was amazing to soak in after a long day at Disney. We arrived on a Saturday night and the parking lot looked like a complete nightmare but the valet was super and made the parking situation very quick and easy.

We would have liked to use the pool and hot tub during the day but they were too cold (in January). The pool is not heated and during the day the hot tub was just as cold as the pool. The staff instructed us to run the jets for a few minutes to heat it up but it didn’t ever get that warm during the day (around 2-3pm). At night it was hot and felt so good on a tired body!

This property is located walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center where I was attending a convention. It's so easy to drive in and out of this location. I'm also really, REALLY happy that I'm able to park on property early before check-in and then to leave my car parked after check-out while I complete business at the convention. I also love the location next to Denny's where food is available 24 hours. And last and most important the staff are all super friendly, welcoming, down to earth and efficient.

Sorry, I don't have two to three sentences worth of things I don't like. Can't think of anything.

This is the first hotel I've stayed at that had a truly room darkening system on the window! It had 2 shades. One is sheer and the other very dark. The sheer panel was only attached at the top, but the room darkening shade was held in a trough along both sides of the window! No exterior light allowed in! The room had a remodeled shower with a rain head faucet and very nice soft close barn door type glass door. They have removed the carpet, which is so much nicer and gives me peace of mind as to the cleanliness of the floor. I just have to remember to bring slippers as the floor is hard to walk on. The hotel is easily accessed from either direction as the traffic light allows U turns. Breakfast was well stocked and plenty of choices from hot food to cereal to toast. The hot water for tea was boiling! You can truly enjoy your 'cuppa' with a good brew! The bed was very comfy with a cloud cover on top of the firm spring mattress.

The night cleaning crew could be more careful while sweeping the walkways. They kept hitting the wall with the broom as they walked/swept down the walk.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was large enough with a small sitting area. I appreciated the Dove toiletries. The breakfast selection was great. There were Mickey Mouse pancakes too. It was in close proximity to restaurants and the Disneyland Toy Story parking lot.

My room was next to the stairwell and the breakfast room. So there was a lot of noise as guests arrived late into the evening. Or as they went to breakfast in the morning. Breakfast began later than expected and the dining area was small. It was difficult to find a table or seats. No shuttle to Disneyland but that was okay. There was enough public transportation to get there for free.

Location. It is a short 5 to 6 minute walk to toy story bus stop to get to disney. But as a family we found lyft/uber was so convenient and very cheap (approx $5-$6 one way). Right next to 24 hour denny's. Excellent property with washing and drying facilities. Very clean and service is excellent. Also while breakfast gets busy they are super easy for you to take food to the room. Perfect when travelling with young kids. Overall exceptional.
