The location

Upon requesting additional coffee, despite its complimentary nature, it was brought to my attention that there would typically be a charge incurred. All hotels that I have stayed in have never charged for tea or coffee.

I stayed here with my family when I was a kid in 2008 and I absolutely loved it and finally got to fulfill my dream of staying here again for a Disneyland trip bringing my own kids and my husband and it was just as magical as I remembered! I love the beautiful dolphin decor throughout the area and we loved how easily accessible the laundry was. The first night there we were struggling to figure out the dvd player and they sent someone up even though it was late and got everything figured out for us (which was amazing because it was the only thing that got our kids to settle down for the night). It’s so close to Disneyland and it was so cheap for how long we were there! I was shocked when I saw that it had a full kitchen with all equipment in it. I seriously cannot say enough good things about our stay and will honestly only ever stay here from now on when we come to visit Disney. I’m seriously in love with dolphin cove!

The only complaint I had (which wasn’t even the hotels issue was just how humid it was when we were there so it made it a bit harder to keep warm at night since it was humid and cold, but having our own thermostat in the room so we could turn it up was so so nice.

Upon entering the room, my boyfriend and I were able to tell it was cleaned very well! It was also quiet throughout the day and at night — the walls aren’t thin at all. Bed was pretty comfortable, and we were able to watch the Superbowl in our room which was really nice :) Staff was attentive, very courteous, and accommodating as well. We asked if we could check-in early due to arriving a few hours earlier than our flight, and although they were fully booked, they managed to get us in 30 minutes before regular check-in. As for the pools, my boyfriend and I didn’t go in ourselves, but we noticed that the two jacuzzis and the main pool looked clean and well-maintained. Loved the chairs and tables around the area too, we were able to relax for a bit while waiting for our room. A map is provided for the ice and vending machines you can find around the complex, as well as on-site laundry, etc. The hotel is only a little over a mile away from Disneyland, and there are lots of food places (walking distance!) in the area as well. Lyft rides to Disneyland and back were around $8 each! Super convenient location and I’m looking forward to booking another stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed everything! However, it’s understandable how people feel about the timeshare sales pitch/presentations, but we didn’t really have a problem since we don’t meet the age requirements for it anyway.

Exceptionally clean and welcoming property. Always staff at the front desk willing to help and friendly with answers to any inquiry. Very comfy beds and linens and the rooms and property was immaculately clean. Friendly yet firm security kept the place feeling very safe after hours.

Main pool could have been a little warmer but the hot tubs were HOT!! Perfect for spring California. Oh, no opportunity to charge electric vehicles. Not even an outside 110V outlet to trickle charge.

EVERYTHING - From The Front Desk to the Maintenance Crew to Housekeeping Staff, everyone greets you and makes your stay memorable. The mini golf course is a big plus. The FUN activities they make happen keep the guests feeling welcomed.

There was nothing we didn't like during our stay.

The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. The beds were super comfy. And they were generous with pillows and linens. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Everything feels brand new.

The wifi needs improvement. They limit each unit to only 4 devices and the wifi speed is very poor. There is an option of paying an addition $5 per day to get better and faster connect. I feel that really served to demerit the entire property. For that additional $5, the property lost one star rating. Not worth it. It dilutes and otherwise perfect stay.

-The concierge at the front desk provided me with one of the best guest services I have ever received -The room as well as the amenities provided within the room was immaculate -Not too far away from Disneyland and California Adventure, or even the toy story parking lot in order to take a free shuttle to the parks

Dolphins Cove does NOT a breakfast on property. We love the activities there and sometimes there are snacks/treats available. We love the mini golf course they have.

I wish activities were offered EVERYDAY. We usually arrive on Sunday for a three night stay. Activities are mostly offered on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays.

Staff were so friendly. Very clean and modern. Spacious accomodations. We had 1 one bedroom and 1 three bedroom both were wonderful. My Son, 3 grandchildren(3,6,12) and I fit comfortably in the 1 bedroom. The other 2 adults and 8 kids in the 3 bedroom.2 large jacuzzi and pool. About 20 min walk to park. Really not bad. 24 hr Walgreens around corner.Gated parking. Scooter rental dropped off at office and the staff kept it at night for me and charged it. Going to park on scooter very easy. Just great all around time.

Maybe adult jacuzzi time after 10. But just a suggestion not a complaint.
