Room was nice and very clean, bed comfortable and staff very friendly! The location was exceptionally good, as we travelled for Blizzcon at the convention center, as well as Disney (which is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel entrance). This area of Anaheim feels safe, mostly tourists walking around here til late at night. There are several great food places and malls around, we frequented Target on a regular basis which is a 15 min walk away) The hotel keeps water and ice available 24/7, plus the reception was open with a little shop to get snacks or small food items. Speaking of the reception, the staff here was amazing! Friendly, welcoming and very helpful! We got help with apps, activities and every time we came back or left we had a friendly chat about the days activities, made us feel very comfortable and welcomed! Massive shoutout to Isaac, who was incredible during our stay!

The Starbucks had unreliable opening hours. This wasnt a big deal for us, but worth mentioning. Besides that there were pictures on Booking that marketed a different Marriott, which meant we thought we initially got the wrong address. FYI this is not the hotel connected to the convention center walkway, this is located just BEHIND that one.

We arrived way before our check-in time and staff was amazing providing parking accommodations in the meantime, giving us some peace of mind to not worry about driving and paying the insane fee at the Park. It's a perfect walking distance to/from Disneyland! Everything from the room, to the onsite dining options, to the luxurious common areas exceeded our expectations, and we are eager to come back later this year.

This hotel was amazing! The price for two connecting rooms was a great deal and I recommend you book the room with breakfast included in the price as my family and I enjoyed the delicious meals that we ate! The pool/hot tub/kid pools were clean, warm, and very enjoyable. It is a 7 mins drive to Disneyland park which made it even better! Would stay here again!

If you’re not a big walker I do advise that this hotel is a 22 mins walk from Disneyland. The pillows weren’t that comfortable.

Location to Disneyland Toy Story Shuttle Parking Lot. Walked across to the Shuttle. Paid more for included breakfast which was convenient. Accommodating front desk staff. Lobby was decorated with holiday inflatables and Disney which my small child loved.

Some of the breakfast items were not too good (burrito) but most were delicious. A little farther to Disneyland if you don’t use the Disneyland Toy Story Shuttle. Shower only, no bathtub in our room a little harder with small children.

The room was very clean. Beds are comfortable. The seating area at the reception was cool. We enjoyed having dinner/ breakfast in the dinning area. We ordered food from the kitchen and it was delicious. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the hotel and planning to come back again when we visit LA.

I didn’t like that they charge for parking. $28 per day is a lot. It should be a complimentary with the room reservation.

Spacious room, enough that the two occupants were not in each others way. Responsiveness of staff and the ability to assist. Excellent location for my meetings Very comfortable beds Good WiFi service.

The bath needs to be unclogged The only working elevator needs work. It shudders when coming to a stop.

The beds are some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Which is important after Disneyland. The food at the bistro was tasty and filling. The variety of options offered was great and had multiple good options for kids.

Was not a huge fan of all the pointy corners of the furniture. My daughter ended up whacking her head pretty hard and it left a pretty intense bruise. I get that modern minimalism is a style but not the most kid-friendly. Also if there was an option to dim a light to be able to see it night that would be a welcome addition.

Room was nice and clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was well stocked.

There was no microwave in the room. One gentleman of the staff was very cold/rude his name is Isaac I think.

The staff were very kind and helpful , the beds were excellent . The spa was a great temperature and was peaceful in the morning

The food in the morning was not that great , if you have an American palette you wouldn’t notice . The food next door at the bigger Marriott was wonderful .only 2 mins walk

The fact that the online didn’t tell you that you have to pay $200 deposit fee on hold and it will be given back to you after you check out I think that is a little too much for a deposit fee don’t you think $50 should be the max I mean your already paying a lot to stay there
