Juan was exceptional! His customer service, willingness to help and service with customers was AMAZING!! Juan was by far the best experience I have had all holidays in regards to a hotel service. Nothing was to much to ask, you should be very proud to have such a wonderful employee going above and beyond for customers.

If possible rooms to be swept each day when refreshing rooms. Also a change in breakfast items as a suggestion. Perhaps different cereal options, a change in hot meal options as limited and hard to feed children. Waffle machine was a huge hit!!

Loved that this hotel offered a room with three Queen beds and the room did not seem crowded. We had five people staying in the room and it was large enough that we did not feel like we were always on top of each other or crowding around furniture like some rooms we have been in the past.

Breakfast space was a bit small and crowded. Did not put out enough food for our family, we are early risers and at as soon as the breakfast was open we regularly cleaned out the eggs offered. When we ate later in the morning, the day we left there were only eight chairs so there was no space to sit and eat.

It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. They had a free breakfast that was super delicious! Eggs, sausage, Belgium waffles with strawberry and blueberry toppings along with syrup. There was muffins, toast, cereals and yogurt plus fruits. They offered juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate too! I was very happy with it! They also had complimentary bananas, apples and oranges in the lobby at all times. Would definitely stay here again!

The walk to Disneyland was a little further than I’m used to but still not too bad.

I liked that there was free breakfast and that the room was clean. The beds were very comfy and the room was large enough. It wasn’t too far from Disneyland either. My daughter and I felt very safe walking over to the park from the hotel.

I guess the breakfast area was very small. The soda machine did not have any diet or zero sodas, which was a big problem because the gas station wasn’t much better across the street. Definitely access to diet or zero sodas would’ve been a plus.

The check-in process was effortless. Before our arrival, I spoke with the manager about the possibility of having our rooms next to each other, and they kindly accommodated our request! Additionally, the short drive to Disneyland was a significant advantage for our family, and the complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus as well.

I would have appreciated better maintenance for the pool, and the hot tub could have been warmer. While we did use the elevator, it had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, I would have preferred room service to come around at noon instead of earlier.

It's been a pretty cozy experience so far. The staff is super friendly — they greeted me with a warm smile at check-in. The room’s clean, comfy, and surprisingly quiet, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day in Disneyland. Plus, the complimentary breakfast? Not too shabby at all — especially the waffles. It’s definitely got that old-school charm, but it’s well-kept and has everything I need.”

The location was perfect for me to get to my daily meetings quickly and to head out to run errands. Our receptionist remembered us from previous stays and was sweet and very helpful.

The air conditioner was fair. The sink was slow draining. The floor was uneven...I suspect there was an issue that needed attending to and that it will be upgraded in the near future.

Accommodating of our family of 6 - most hotels would make us book two rooms, but they had a room with 3 queens for us. The location was good, not great. We walked to Disneyland, but it wasn't super close. The pool and overall facilities were just OK. Continental breakfast was good for helping us have an efficient morning, getting to the park on time.

It was overall very good, and a great value. That said, the facilities aren't anything fancy or special. Very utilitarian option for families.

Could walk to downtown Disney

The dent in the bed both sides Booking said no payment required until arrival - I was charged as soon as I pressed confirm reservation. Second time this has been with booking - false leading advertising

The staff were awesome! Front desk clerk working night shift, Maria was very friendly. She accommodated us well and we shared a few laughs. Also, Juan was super friendly and kept us in mind if anyone canceled their stay because we wanted to stay longer. Our remote wasn't working so the maintenance guy was quick on resolving that issue for us. Even housekeeping staff were friendly with smiles on their face. Oh, and I can't forget the younger, curly haired gentlemen who welcomed us with a smile and friendly hello at breakfast time. THE STAFF HERE ROCK! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a typical size for 2 queen beds. Breakfast was your typical sausage and eggs, waffles and cereal. They did have ham on other days too. Coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and hot coco were offered as drinks. Fruits and sweets were also offered. We all liked the breakfast! The pool was small but doable and they give you swim towels at the front desk. Location was great, I wouldn't recommend walking to Disneyland because it was pretty hot on our second day and it's a little over a mile distance. There is no shuttle so I recommend taking an Uber, this way you'll have your parking space when you get back and not have to pay $30 at Disneyland. We'd definitely stay here again!

The vending machine wouldn't take dollar bills or quarters, good thing I had dimes and nickles but there is a gas station/ convenient store at the corner not far at all. The shower water did not get hot, lukewarm at best. The parking structure is super small, so if you're getting back after a day at Disney in the night, you're more than likely out of luck. Although the staff does accommodate this by using their "valet" parking spots.
