It was a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney and the staff was so helpful and friendly! They had a great gift shop (def recommend going there before you head to Disneyland) and their pool was clean (the water park was a little chilly).

It’s an affordable property so there were some wall coverings that were peeling from the wall, etc. These details didn’t affect our trip though. The only slightly annoying thing is that they do charge you $25 a day for amenities and $22 a day for parking separately from your booking. In return they give you $25 vouchers per day for food (breakfast or dinner) that helps you save on food but if you don’t use those then it’s kind of annoying to pay those separate fees. If you don’t use the breakfast vouchers I would recommend using the voucher at dinner and getting the pizza because it was really good!

It was in walking distance to Disney, however after a long day at the parks, it was a bit too long when you’re feet are already tired. Taking the Disney tram to the Disney parking garage and walking from there helped. And it was much cheaper than staying at the Disney resorts!

We had our do not disturb sign up most days, but we did take it down for one day so that the room could be cleaned, towels changed, beds made or sheets changed, trash removed, but none of that was done the one day we removed the do not disturb sign. They did give us extra towels and things though when we asked the next day.

In the web it said that breakfast was included, if if stay more than 2 nights, but when I went to the restaurant with my family they told me that it wasn't included and I stayed from Friday till sunday.

Fantastic reception staff. Very friendly and helpful upon check in. The rooms are very nice, definitely adequate for our short stay. Lots of families stay here and it is very family friendly. The value for money compared to other more expensive hotels was great. It's literally a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Holiday Inn and Suites Anaheim for looking after us 🙏😊😊

Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Microwave Fridge. Loved the night light on the nightstand light. Plenty of safe parking. Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Nice pool area. Restaurant in lobby, but I didn't get a chance to eat there. The local bus that takes you around the Disney area stops right out their front door. Walking distance to Downtown Disney and possibly Disney. I would stay there again.

Location was close to Disneyland. Comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. Fireworks could be seen from hotel parking lot.

Power went out and had to check out early, I have two children, staff was not prepared to handle power outrages. Housekeeping was not a daily process, you have to ask for service.

Very clean. The amenities were well stocked. WE got fresh towels every day. The room was very clean. The temperature was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, smiles mean a lot in this day and age. Every staff member we ran into was warm, friendly and had a smile.

The description of the proximity to Disneyland was a bit misconceived. It stated it was a "short walk" from Disneyland. From the entrance of Disneyland to the hotel was actually quite long, especially at the end of the evening after an eventful day at the park. Maybe an actual mileage descriptor from the hotel to the entrance of Disneyland as opposed to the Disneyland property.

The facility was clean and beds were comfy. They accommodated me at the end of the hallway close to the elevator because I did bring my pet. That was very easy access to let her out. If you don't have a pet, I wouldn't suggest staying at the end of the hallway because you can hear the elevator & ice machine. I'm not at all complaining, it's just a tip for those w/out pets. The stay was perfect, rooms were cleaned every time we requested. Bathrooms & bedding was clean. Breakfast was decent. Gift shop is nice. No complaints.

The only thing I would comment about is the way the shuttle service works from the hotel to Disney, download an app, pay $6. Per day, etc then it has a few stops before getting there. If you're in great shape the walk back from Disney shouldn't be a problem. But after spending all day walking at Disney, the walk back to the hotel seems forever. Just keep in mind that the walk back is torture.

Loved the ability to walk to Disneyland. The free breakfast and the gift shop with essentials.. Very comfortable large rooms. Friendly staff!!

We did love the pool and hot tub.. I was very disappointed in no deep end as I love to actually swim in deep water.

I use the fitness center every time I stay here! The equipment works well, there's water and towels, and plenty of space. Beds are comfortable and all appliances work. Perfect location for walking to Disney.

The doors are sometimes difficult to open-- it takes multiple swipes of your room key to unlock.
