Breakfast was great, my kids enjoyed eggs and bagels every morning before we walked to Disneyland. The value of what you pay for your room in comparison to some of the other properties in the area is excellent. Building is very safe as the pool, exterior doors, common bathrooms, gym, and elevators all require room key for entry.

The distance from the parks is very walkable in the mornings, however in the evenings after a long day can be hard on younger kiddos. There was also only one elevator operational the entire stay which made getting to our room difficult at times when a line of guests would form.

Location and cleanliness

Booking.com did not send the hotel the right amount for my pre-paid room. The hotel ended up taking an additional 2 day fee plus deposit for an amount of 660+ from my account. That was the money we were going to use for our two days at Disneyland. We had to contact family to send us additional money so we could get home. This, because someone on your side sent the wrong amount. It took so much time and effort on our part, again because you made a mistake. Someone needs to contact the hotel so I can get my money back.😡😡

The hotel location is close to Disneyland and you can easily take the ART shuttle there from the bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff working at the hotel are all friendly and great at their jobs. Our room was nice and clean and one detail that I liked was that we had put up the do not disturb sign one day when our room was scheduled for cleaning and they sent an email to confirm that we didn't need cleaning. It's also quite fun to be able to hear the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel, you can't really see them well unless you go outside. The free breakfast includes a waffle making corner which was a nice addition.

Details that we disliked were the smell of the water from the bathroom sink, it disappears after a little while but it's worrying about how clean it actually is. Another issue that I personally have is the additional costs that US hotels add like parking and other hidden fees however this is a corporate problem and not a local hotel problem.

Breakfast was good but a little too crowded. Fireworks were right outside our window as promised which was cool, microwave in the room was a nice amenity that you don’t get at every hotel.

I was told the Disneyland park was within walking distance, that walk is pretty far especially if you plan to walk in the park. The bus is good in the morning to about 2pm but after that you wait for a long time between rides. It’s not a free bus ride so clearer ride times would have been nice also.

Breakfast needs more variety. The place is good & comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Also pool and hot tub is great

The keys didn’t work on the first time so I had to go back to registration desk but I did not know, can use the elevator with out the key. I had to use the stairs. I took the way to out side to get the desk. If you post signs in the elevator, it could help.

It was smaller so not overwhelming at all. 4 floors and not too chaotic at all. Clean and good breakfast. Good coffee in the morning-dark roast. Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Everything felt clean- and I am pretty particular. I would absolutely stay again.

Nothing against the hotel BUT if you are there for disneyland and plan to use the ART bus, there are some times of the day you need to request pick up as it does not always run automatically during certain times of the day. We walked one day and I wouldn't recommend it if your wanting to do a full day at disneyland.

This hotel was a nice surprise compared to many of the Anaheim hotels we have stayed in. The staff was amazing; Gladys at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and exceeded our expectations of friendliness and kindness. The walk to the Mickey and Friends parking garage and tram took about 18 minutes and an Uber to the Disney gates on Harbor Blvd. was about 5 minutes ($7-8/ride). We enjoyed the morning breakfast in the beautiful seating area. Breakfast choices were waffles, cereals, sausage and eggs, yogurts, coffee, and juices. The hotel pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Our room layout optimized space and had plenty of storage and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was large and very clean. We even had a partial view of Disney fireworks from our room! We will return again!

The property is a bit older (but very well kept) and we could hear people walking in the room above us at night as well as in the hallways. However, this was minimal and would not keep us from returning as the property overall was well above many Anaheim/Disney area hotels.

Very close to Disney. Staff was great, especially Jordan at check-in, very kind to our daughter. All front desk staff was knowledgeable about the property as well as Disney hints.

Not the hotels fault but dog on property barked all night our final night. We didn’t check if it was a pet-free hotel. Next time we will verify.

Breakfast had a variety of foods thankfully! and because it is close to Disney, had the Disney channel on and Bluey helped my kids a lot. Good parking situation, allowed us to park the day we checked in and checked out. Staff was quick and effective. Rooms were roomy with everything we needed for a family of 4. Great shower/bathroom situation as well. Overall, would stay here again if we came to Disneyland! We were not able to use the pool or gym but both looked very nice.
