Beautifully renovated, very clean rooms. The staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating when anything was needed. Location was great for walking to Downtown Disney and Disneyland Parks. If you prefer not to walk, there is a bus station right outside the hotel. It is well worth paying for parking at Maingate. Disneyland parking prices are expensive.

The noise from the road can be quite loud at times. It is a busy road, but you would have the same problem at most hotels in this location.

Everything is nicely remodel and has nice outdoor seating patios

It felt like the walls are too thin and you hear absolutely everything from the neighbors side. We also found someones shorts inside furniture.

Rooms & check in were super cute! Super super close to Disney quiet area!

The property was still under construction out bathroom sink area wasn’t patched all the way so there were some holes.

Clean

No shuttle. Staff were clueless about any transportation. Online it said .8 miles away from park but that was as crowded as flies. Walking it was 1.5 miles. Had to call Uber

Room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The best value for the price per night. Uber cost to Downtown Disney is super cheap and easy. The beds them selves were very comfortable. The offer maid service which is nice to come back to. Staff up front is very nice and helpful. Good closet space. This place doesn’t feel like a traditional hotel room it feels very homey. The ac unit in the room worked very well. The desk area was spacious and nice. Television was pretty big. Free WiFi

The night stand was a little wonky and hard to open. The bathroom was small and sink was outside of the bathroom. Shower was a great size tho and had a good self to place shower products. The ac unit has a bright blue light that is in when the ac is running but not bad at all. You will hear the fireworks go off right being the room but they don’t ever last more than 30 mins. There was no ice machine but the front desk had complementary ice bags when needed. Parking spots are a little small and not many. Parking is not free however the charge was nothing compared to other hotels in area.

I loved the staff, they were all super nice! The area looked amazing already, but then I saw they were remodeling it, which means it can only get better! They also had handy signs of how to get to Disneyland super easy, which we used Lyft the entire time but with the property price and Lyfts to and from Disneyland each day, we ended up saving a TON of money! Also, the beds are divine, one of the most comfortable I’ve ever been in! The retro fridge and microwave were a nice touch too! This place is truly a hidden gem!

There’s some things I would like to see added: 1) lamps next to bed with usb ports. The only plug ins were on the other side of the room. Nothing we couldn’t work around! 2) the bathtub is porcelain, which needs a non slip mat, which it did not have. 3) they need a complimentary iron and blow dryer, the closest is big enough to house both.

Great value, Uber was $6 to disneyland per trip.

Parking very limited and tight with larger vehicles, bed was little stiff, only had one pillow per person if two to a bed, no easy access to Disneyland even though very close. Good thing lift rides quick and not too expensive, even with Lyft rides still ended up spending less for 3 days than Disney parking. Keep in mind good place for cost, being at Disney all day only needed a place to sleep and this fits the bill.

Right from the start, checking in was easy and perfect. I walked in and was greeted. The staff was very friendly and explained the process. Just a few minutes of checking in and I was in my room. At first glace, the room is as pictured. Myself and co-worker expressed the cleanliness and cute decor. Plenty of towels, soap, tissue, and closet space for two. Nice layout to the room. Updated TV was a plus. Microwave came in handy. The fridge held a few things we wanted to keep cold. Parking was easy, even with my mid size truck. I recommend backing into the parking spaces when possible. As a treat, you can see the Disneyland firework show from the parking lot.

Everything was great. There was nothing NOT to like. I'll be back and book again.

We booked this place with the purpose of it being close to Disney & because the pictures looked really aesthetic and honestly that’s exactly what we got. you can take the ART bus to Disney or take a 6 minute uber to Disney/downtown Disney. The place was really nice and clean. I don’t know why the reviews were so negative. It kinda made us second guess booking it once we did, but when we got there it was a completely different then described. Yes they are remodeling the place but it shows that they are and have signs saying that they are remodeling. The place was exactly what we needed, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

We did pay for parking at the facility which we wish would’ve just been all included in the price of the stay & they did take $100 for a card hold. But they give it back a few days later after you check out. We wish there were shelves in the showers to place our items. Place isn’t super sound proof so any noise from outside you can easily hear inside your room.
