Beautifully renovated, very clean rooms. The staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating when anything was needed. Location was great for walking to Downtown Disney and Disneyland Parks. If you prefer not to walk, there is a bus station right outside the hotel. It is well worth paying for parking at Maingate. Disneyland parking prices are expensive.

The noise from the road can be quite loud at times. It is a busy road, but you would have the same problem at most hotels in this location.

Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were cute and clean.

Walls are paper thin. Sounded like neighbor were standing in our room. They were fighting and kid crying non stop in the middle of the night. Could hear everything. Did not care for location. No restaurants near by. Disney was a hike.

Everything is nicely remodel and has nice outdoor seating patios

It felt like the walls are too thin and you hear absolutely everything from the neighbors side. We also found someones shorts inside furniture.

Really close to Disneyland parks, price is pretty decent for the location. Hotel is recently renovated, the style is very nice. The rooms are pretty basic, we got a family room and a 2 bed queen room. Both had basic necessities, no frills - which is fine, we were at Disney all day anyways.

The parking is horrible and not many spots available. First day we stayed there was a HUGE roach. I found a few hairs - none from my family - after the room was cleaned. Could use more amenities on the location, even just a vending machine.

Rooms & check in were super cute! Super super close to Disney quiet area!

The property was still under construction out bathroom sink area wasn’t patched all the way so there were some holes.

No shuttle. Staff were clueless about any transportation. Online it said .8 miles away from park but that was as crowded as flies. Walking it was 1.5 miles. Had to call Uber

The staff were all very friendly and this location is excellent just a 30 minute walk to Disneyland. Or you can ride the Mickey and Friends tram for free and it’s just a 15 minute walk. Exactly what my partner and I needed for our Disney trip. We even got to see the Disney fireworks from our room! We also forgot a pair of shoes in our room after check out and staff helped us get them back- thank you!!

I misunderstood when I booked that the room came with a private balcony but rather the property is motel style so all the doors on the second floor share a balcony which was no problem since we spent most of our time at Disneyland. Would still book again!

Room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The best value for the price per night. Uber cost to Downtown Disney is super cheap and easy. The beds them selves were very comfortable. The offer maid service which is nice to come back to. Staff up front is very nice and helpful. Good closet space. This place doesn’t feel like a traditional hotel room it feels very homey. The ac unit in the room worked very well. The desk area was spacious and nice. Television was pretty big. Free WiFi

The night stand was a little wonky and hard to open. The bathroom was small and sink was outside of the bathroom. Shower was a great size tho and had a good self to place shower products. The ac unit has a bright blue light that is in when the ac is running but not bad at all. You will hear the fireworks go off right being the room but they don’t ever last more than 30 mins. There was no ice machine but the front desk had complementary ice bags when needed. Parking spots are a little small and not many. Parking is not free however the charge was nothing compared to other hotels in area.

I loved the staff, they were all super nice! The area looked amazing already, but then I saw they were remodeling it, which means it can only get better! They also had handy signs of how to get to Disneyland super easy, which we used Lyft the entire time but with the property price and Lyfts to and from Disneyland each day, we ended up saving a TON of money! Also, the beds are divine, one of the most comfortable I’ve ever been in! The retro fridge and microwave were a nice touch too! This place is truly a hidden gem!

There’s some things I would like to see added: 1) lamps next to bed with usb ports. The only plug ins were on the other side of the room. Nothing we couldn’t work around! 2) the bathtub is porcelain, which needs a non slip mat, which it did not have. 3) they need a complimentary iron and blow dryer, the closest is big enough to house both.

Great value, Uber was $6 to disneyland per trip.
