Can hear people walking around in above room, refrigerator very noisy, leaving parking lot very difficult due to not being able to see past parked cars to get out!

It was a good location

The location, good view, able to view Disneyland fireworks. Convenient.

Lousy job keeping up with the place, shower head was held together by tape and horrible water flow, so uncomfortable and inconvenient especially for a long stay. When asked to switch room, the employee find random excuses and said will keep me notified once someone leaves, witnessed multiple people checked out and left however was never accommodated. Employee at front desk gets annoyed and have attitude when asked for any accommodations. HORRIBLE service and equipment. HORRIBLY hard to get out of the parking lot due to cars parked along the side of the road, terrible blind spots.

The rooms looked very modern and nice.

The bed hard as rock, the parking lot was WAY to close and almost impossible to get out from the parking lot without hitting a car or bumping in to something.

Great customer service by the Indian guy attending!!

The bed was AWFUL, I felt like I was sleeping on a Board or Slab Sheet!!!!

Staff rude and has Bugs in the bed when I didn’t even open the blankets yet it was gross
