Nice large room, recently renovated. Excellent housekeeping. Good small plates at the bar. Helpful reception staff when we needed to change our room. Good espresso at The Market in the lobby. The quiet side of the hotel faces a handsome "campus" of modernist high rises with connecting landscaped walks. We will stay here again when we visit family in town.

One whole side of the hotel faces a freeway and the noise, even with double-glazed windows, was constant and sometimes quite loud. The pool is really only for families with small children, and it was packed, and a bit grubby. The music in the lobby and the noise of the crowds there were loud and made us want to get out of there as fast as possible. It was a busy weekend with a big conference.

First off Veronica at the front desk set the tone. She was amazing, so friendly, warm, and accommodating. Honestly, she's a star hire. She helped us with last-minute questions and requests. The size of the room was amazing, especially for a toddler to run around. It was also updated and very clean. Also loved the pool experience and hanging out near the water slides our kids loved it. Lastly we enjoyed breakfast it was very nice layout with good options. We definitely would come here for another staycation for the pool alone.

The water bottles in the room should be available to all guests, not just Hyatt members. If you're staying at the hotel you should get the water bottles. Last, there should be trash cans near the elevator on each floor.

room, parking and dinner were fine and adequate. for the price charged, hotel could at least provide complimentary bottled water. quiet and nice environment for early morning walks.

no nearby restaurants and heavy traffic to deal with to go anywhere. limited menu at restaurant. as you exit the hotel, dangerous intersection of cars zipping by on your left on the way to the parking structure. I suggest a speed bump just before cars turn right into the parking structure.

beautifully decorated lobby and restaurant. stylish and modern look of room. nice and traffic-free surroundings to take morning strolls. classy restaurant onsite.

room provided only one regular coffee pod. texted valet 10 minutes before and attendant just checked his text message. it did not seem they were too busy. wine by the glass seem outrageous for several of the selections considering the quality. bought a bottle thinking I would get value for the money but did not.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. Dining was easy. the location was close to everything we had planned for our vacation. The pool was very nice and relaxing.

The bed was not as comfortable as we expected for a hotel of this "level".

The cost for them not having all facilities open like pool.. on booking.com it made it seem like there was a full restaurant/bar, so I was not happy with how much I paid without the amenities.. also there was no water in the room..

The room was comfortable. We didn't need parking and did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on this.

Best staff ever, very helpful and friendly! Great and quiet rooms. Excellent value for the price because it is still in construction!

Facilities are not yet finished, since parts of the hotel are still in construction - i.e. no restaurant or pool yet. Take care: can be mixed with the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, which is at the same road.

We liked everything. It was very clean. And everyone was so friendly.

I wasn’t a big fan of the pillow. But that doesn’t even matter because it was very comfortable every other way.

Comfortable space and nice hotel stuff. Consider all detail. Also has The Market like conviene store in-house. Save customers time to find a supermarket.
