I like that the front desk guys are super friendly and very accommodating I also think the housekeepers are doing an amazing job so keep up the good work ladies y'all work hard! I been staying here for a good minute so I've gotten to know the place fairly well and staff already know me and have made me feel welcome and always up for a lil chit chat when I renew my stay or ask for something. Great place to stay for a very low reasonable price when your budget is tight! Recommend

Ummm the only thing I would have to say and I know it's an older building but maybe just doing a little remodeling like getting ac/heaters put in each room so we can adjust to our own comfort level because the central air is not working for me lol but they do provide space heaters and u can close the vents if necessary, and aside from temperature you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you through the vents! So no more central air porfavor! Everything else was great! Maybe the nightshift front desk lady could be a little more friendly always has an attitude, no smile but maybe she just dont like me but ehhh can't win em all but the guys are great! OHHH ALSO. Need better cable cuz I'm so sick of watching crime docs and syfi channel pleeeassse get better cable I beg of you haha

Michael at the front desk was amazing! He really made me feel so comfortable; he’s very personal and extremely helpful. He truly made my whole trip worth it. And both rooms I stayed in were awesome. Very clean and modern. Exceeded my expectations. Money very well spent! I most definitely will be back.

The area was probably my least favorite but it didn’t bother me enough to not come back, and everything else made up for the location.

The water system were perfect to beused. Many hotel water pressure is not enough, but Grand Inn has enough to use hot and cold water as if I am in my home. The linens and towels were very clean, the cleaning staff try her best to keep room clean. Thanks for their managements and I appreciate it highly. I will definitely come back here again next time, when I come this area again.

All is satisfied but the security in this area is some worry. But it is not the responsibility of Grand Inn. If you pay common attention, there would be no problem.

Hot spot for police back and forth you can hear almost all rooms around your room. If you are downstairs the upstairs you can hear every time they move .

Nice employees, comfortable room, very quite, non smoking it actually didn't smell like smoke like other places that say there non smoking , wonderful place.

This hotel is local to a few shops. A short uber to more shops and eating local to disney about 10mins away about 45mins to Huntingdon Beach ⛱️ by uber taxi. Taxi prices are good value.

This hotel would be better with basic items, i.e., kettle, microwave and iron ironing board. Although we got kettle from reception

Centrally located in Fullerton and close to the Transportation Center. Bed was extremely comfortable and the clerk was very friendly.

The carpet on the stairs and the landing is badly stained. It should be replaced, not sure if it could be cleaned.

Honestly the staff is the best. They are very frendly. Cleanin ladys are very friendly as well.
