Wonderful location near Disneyland only 10 minutes away! Not in a traffic area so really good location near plazas and food places. Next the room we got had three beds which fit our big family: super nice having a king room with a door leading to the two queens bedroom where are kids slept. The room was very clean, nice bathroom with a clean tub to give my kids baths. Also the carpet was clean which is a bonus!

Only thing I would warn is the bed covers barely fit the beds which is not so good when you share a bed with another cuz the blankets won’t cover both of you so maybe bring some extra blankets. Also pillow cases were itchy. But for the price by Disneyland that is nothing to complain about so we got a really good deal!

You can't beat the location and price! If you're looking for a place to just spend the night to go to Disneyland this is the place just a 10-minute drive from hotel to theme park. Staff was was nice. I had actually left one of my child's toys in the room and when I called the hotel they're gracious enough to go look for it and keep it for me until I could go back and get it.

If you toss and turn a lot when you sleep the bed is a little noisy other than that everything was fine

It was hard to find a reasonably priced room that had an in-room jacuzzi. It worked wonderfully, was good size, and was very relaxing to soak in after a long day. King size bed was very comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure it was quite good despite the shower head being somewhat sketchy. Loved the wall dispensers for soap, shampoo. The mini fridge was hardly mini, it was double the size of many in-room units, although it froze some items unintentionally. There is an amazing breakfast place within walking distance, heavily patronized by locals, Original Pancake House, it is very good. We found the staff at this hotel to be friendly, unlike what reviews seem to target.

Room was a bit dingy and probably could be cleaned better. No daily housecleaning so be sure to hang your towels. Easy to get more towels at front desk but the initial allocation was skimpy, considering the jacuzzi. Coffee maker was missing the tray but using the bags directly in cups kinda worked. Have to go to front desk daily to get more coffee packets. Parking right outside door was convenient but there are not enough spots. Luckily we did not have a car most of the stay.

We had the family suite with 7 of us and we were comfortable. The hotel was clean, they were always cleaning. Even when we came back after Disneyland they were cleaning hand rails and floors in the hallways, stairwell and lobby. Staff was super friendly and would hold conversations with us, answering all of our tourist questions 😉.

There wasn't any breakfast available and the "heated" pool was cold. We were on 2nd floor with no elevator!

This is my favorite place to stay at when I’m away from home, gives me the closeness and nearby stay to have a staycation and still head to work. I appreciate the staff the the front office is always excellent to help.

I like the privacy & the location. Perfect for a family stay or a little vacation day. Just untwine was my stay. Quiet relax and clean.

The spa in the room was great worked well and bathroom was nice as well. Overall pretty clean room. Fridge and microwave worked well. Tv worked made our stay comfortable.

The room had a very strong smell not sure if it was the perfume used when cleaning room or what it might be but it was just very strong.

Had a kitchen in the room so I prepared my own meal plus as I’m going through cancer treatments I needed to prepare my own food.

There was an Internet issue for the first few days but no big deal and they identified the issue and solve the problem is a reasonable amount of time.

The good thing about this place is very safe because it has gate, I diddnt smell marijuana, its close by to the restaurants and any convenient store, and few minutes drive to Disneyland. The office clerk is friendly, rooms has refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and laundry area.

I booked 2 rooms for my family and for my cousin’s family (king bed room and 2 queen bed room) the king bed room was excellent aside from the 2 queen bed room-floor wasnt vacum, trash can doesnt have trash bag, table didnt wipe good, and diddnt have coffee cup but it has coffee and sugar.
