Excellent stay. Loved the cleanliness, room was a great value for the cost, and has exceptional amenities. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, 24/7 fitness room, peaceful courtyard, complimentary hot breakfast buffet til 10am and room service. The room service is available through their onsite restaurant Sakura, which you can also dine in at for lunch and dinner and features sushi, ramen and other Japanese cuisine that hit the spot. I will definitely be staying here regularly for business.

The bed was a little too firm and the pillows were small and too squishy without neck support.

The room is clean. The quality of breakfast is above the average. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel duing the school visit. besides, The japanese ramen restaurant on-site provides authentic taste with a various choices, highly recommended.

Not comfortable for the person sleeps on the bed next to the air conditioner, having air current towards to body, way too noisy; suggest to improve

I liked the location, and that the bed was extremely comfortable. It was perfect for Disneyland, because we were like 15 minutes away. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast but I know the sushi at the hotel was DELICIOUS

The air conditioning in the room was ridiculously loud... like it sounded as if it was going to explode at 2 in the morning. Maybe it was just our room that had that issue? But it still robbed us of much needed sleep. Also there was a mysterious white stain on the brown sofa couch :(

The location to Disneyland. More than enough parking and felt relieved knowing that security makes their rounds.

Not too much of an issue, but not enough complimentary body wash in the dispenser. I could had called to have it filled. A well stocked room would leave a better impression on the first night. Overall, the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

We asked for a room not facing the freeway and got a room facing the overly-lighted parking lot and industrial truck lots. That was better than the freeway, but still noisy and way too bright. They do supply black out curtains, but we like to sleep with windows and curtains open. Otherwise the hotel is great value, clean, friendly, well located for most anything you want to do in Orange County. Also they follow good Covid protocols.

The room was very clean, cozy and perfect for two people to people. I really enjoyed that the room had plenty of outlets and a desk, there was some work that was done during my stay that required the small office space that was offered so it was perfect.

I believe that everything was up to par as it needed to be. There is nothing else that needs to be said in this regard, I only had the room booked for one night so whatever I missed out on was due to not having a longer experience there. However my stay was very pleasant and would go again!

I liked the fact that the top two floor need a key to have access to those floors, gives you a sense of some nice good vanity and importance. 👀 The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast there is off the chain!

Only issue I had was the laundry room was just a small hassle because it was in the other side of the hotel and with one side of hotel having 3 floors and the other having 6!it’s a bit of a hassle you kind of have to make a lot of twists, turns, multiple elevators, etc. If I was in the hotel management position I would consider placing an additional laundry room like maybe near the “executive” floors,

This was my 3rd stay at fullerton anaheim and once again i was comfortable and relaxed whilst here. I personally enjoy the breakfast, I always find it is a good start to the day for me. The staff i interacted with were absolutely top class. As always, i definitely be back as i always like travelling to the 🇺🇸

it’s right next by the highway… so you can hear everything. The hotel itself was not the worst. it could use some updating

location, price, room, Best buffet , best hotel breakfast buffet ever! way better than Staybridge Anaheim if you are comparing I’ve done both! Salad , fruit and eggs did not taste like powder eggs etc. very nice amenities pool and hot tub!

Nothing everything was great you should definitely stay here. Our room had a view of the pool and was perfect!
