A great quiet location in Anaheim if you plan to visit Disneyland. Near enough around 10mins drive but not too loud from the bustling crowd. If you don't drive though, it may not be convenient (who doesn't drive in LA though). Room was very comfortable as one would expect off a Marriot property. The area is cleaned every day even during winter months. Lobby was quiet and means that check-in are a breeze. Despite being rated only as a 2-3 star property, it's a gem especially with the nice staff in the lobby who never fails to greet guest even if it was 4am in the morning.

Nothing to dislike, everything were great memories and if we were to go Disneyland again, this would be our place of stay again. It was simply a relaxing area.

I love the staff, Yes, the property is new and who would not like new. But it; is the staff here, I am not sure they have in those coffee cups, I want some. But putting all jokes aside I have not spoken to anyone that said "Oh, I will work on that for you and call you when i find out. Not to say that's wrong. It's not. But this staff will go to great length to make sure you a know that the customer is there priority. The first time I stayed here I just thought it's a new hotel and they need to fill the rooms. Yes, that's the goal, but every body down to the cleaning staff is super supportive, I will give them a million stars if it was possible. I can't stop coming here, if i need to stay away from home for any reason I am on the phone making my reservation, I found this place when I moved out and was waiting to move into the other location I was on the phone quickly reserving my room. They have one con here that would send people running to another hotel seriously, but with this staff that huge issue is shrunk down to nothing, and it;s a huge thing, ;) Thank you Springhill staff for being yourself. the train that pass by every day,

Well Maintained and sound insulated. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Room very spacious. Well worth the price. The shower was great!

Bed very uncomfortable, leading to a sore back. Staff hard to understand. Paying for parking is ridiculous. Took forever for the water to get hot.

This Springhill Suites is a great value! The rooms are modern, updated, and clean. The service was fantastic - very prompt, polite, and happy! The amenities are very good - the breakfast (included) was excellent. The only downside is that this location is next to train tracks, so you may hear the periodic train, but it was not a detractor for me.

The only opportunity for this property to improve would be to integrate the thermostat and air conditioning unit to ensure the room was at the right temperature. It was 77 degrees in the room when I arrived (after midnight) and it took a few minutes for me to figure out that the thermostat did not control the AC unit. Within 15-20 mins, the room was cooled down and ready for me.

Very clean inside out! Great staff! Amazing rooms.

Stayed at room 101, right next to the exit and entry door. It really keeps you up at night, you can hear the door open and shut alllll night.

Everything was so neat and clean, parking was easy & location was super convenient. Customer service was def a 10/10, everyone was so efficient, very nice, and accommodating. Definitely will be booking another stay here, recommend this to everyone!!! You get more bang for your buck here!

Nothing, everything was great!

It was a very nice hotel. Great double queen beds and a really comfortable sofa Bravo to the West Elm Furniture! Very Nearly where we had needed to be and local food delivery was easy as we. Nice warm pool & clean gym. I wish their breakfast ran til 11am but the we figured it out. Thanks

The rooms were large, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, there were lots of choices, and plenty of room to sit. The location was great, right off the freeway, close to everything.

Nothing not to like!

Breakfast was good. It’s the loud train that kept coming by the place several times a day. I finally got something to help me sleep. Most people aren’t as pricky as me when it comes to sleeping

Triple panel windows or higher wall to eliminate the train noise

Yolanda was a wonderful hostess? She made breakfast a very special treat!

I only had one wastebasket for the living area, bedroom section and the bathroom. Also, I was disappointed there was no safe in the room.
