We had a great time here. Great people (staff) everywhere. Friendly helpful went the extra mile. The team sorted us out with our food vouchers, which was amazing. Location and what's around on offer is awesome. The rooms were great. Large and comfy beds. Top notch will defo come back here again. The restaurant staff were also really helpful and polite.

Sometimes, the food took ages to come out or misplaced an order. Sometimes, the waiters were overrun and didn't realise we were sitting there 15 min before someone came to give us a menu. The parking security needs to tell people how to park. Limited spaces yet people patked like idiots.

The staff was so patient with me. I had a problem with my credit card they waited for me to clear it up with my bank. So very nice they were tho I was embarrassed they made it seem like no big deal. I appreciated that. Also I parked underground the lot was very clean. I forgot my phone charger in my car since I didn't know the area i went to the front desk to see if someone would walk with me to my car. the very kind gentleman was extremely nice and escorted me all the way there and back then he waited with me about 10 min until my food arrived delivery. We had great conversation this are very well staffed with people who love their job. I will stay next visit to your state.

There was very minimal supplies in the little store I would add like trial size toiletries for purchase I needed to buy toothpaste.

It was a nice area, very convenient since it’s connected to the plaza next door. Quiet, clean, security guard in the parking lot.

It is a bit of a drive to universal, but honestly not bad at all. In fact, i think it was nice to get away at night since it’s a quiet area.

I really liked the location as it was convenient to all of the locations I had to visit for work. The room I had was nice and spacious and housekeeping was daily and fantastic. It was nice that the elevator went directly to the garage, but I didn't figure this out until a few days into my stay (so perhaps the front desk could mention this at check-in!). I also had a great view of the mountains from my window, so that was an unexpected delight!

The parking fee seemed excessive, especially since the garage didn't appear to be full and people came and went, so perhaps I was there during the off-season. I also thought the shower fixtures and tub seemed out of date.

Great location. Enjoyed all the food options in the area.

There was no microwave in the room. Carpet in hallway was coming apart at the seams in several places-not a good look for what we paid per night.

The location is great. It’s in the heart of 626 area. You don’t have to worry about food. The hotel is nice at the area.

The room we had didn’t feel the same as our previous stay. The bed was softer and there were a few ants. I did call the front desk about it. Still saw a couple later.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are also a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The ice cube machine on our floor didn't work, so I had to go to other floors to get ice.

Nice big hotel. Pool, gym, bar. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. It's a bit like you're not in America, but in China. Most of the signs outside the shops are in Chinese and most of the people are from Asia. An interesting experience in any case. Good breakfast. I would like to commend Ricky the bartender. Very cool guy :)

Reception is very helpful, Value of Money, Comfort Bed and space Room

Still have to pay for WiFi, and the reason is becoz I booked through third party which is booking.com, if I booked direct to Hotel I will get free WiFi which cosy USD 10.00/day. This is year 2022!!! I have been travel through USA eve stayed in 2-5 Stars hotel, everywhere offer Free WiFi. This is ridiculous to me. Management need to update!!! Amenities always not enough, need to ask everyday, And what is unpleasant is one reception told me my booking include Breakfast, the next day they told me it is not include. Very Professional! I hope my point will concern to Hilton management to improve your quality as you advertise.

The front desk staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed ! We were given two waters and a granola bar which was very nice .

The coffee machine was not working and we weren’t able to order any room service . I would have liked to have liquid hand soap instead of bar soap
