Friendly and helpful staff. They were very accommodating. Very willing to help out with my booking needs. The hotel was clean and adequate. Nice self serve breakfast buffet.

Not enough handicapped parking. I had to park quite a distance to get to my room. My issue causes pain to walk and I get out of breath. I would have preferred a motel with a parking spot by my room. The mattresses were too high for me the get on. A step stool would help. I found the mattresses to be very hard. I woke up stiff and in pain in the morning Again this has to do with my disability, others may find these beds comfortable. They were clean and fresh with nice linens and pillows. The room was crowded with two double beds in it, but thats all they had left. This is a great place for travelers to stay, it just didn't suit my needs. Don't take this as a negative review, its a great hotel for the price and accommodations. It's clean and safe.

I love that they were very accommodating when putting us on the first floor and close to the pool! The staff in general were really nice especially the ladies in the morning for the breakfast! Everyday the breakfast was amazing! We loved it so much we extended our stay for two additional days!!

I didn't like that I wasn't aware there was a mini fridge in our room until almost the last day! We probably would have had snacks and cold drinks more had we know that! The mini fridge was hidden inside the tv stand!! Otherwise we loved our stay! I feel like the beds could be a little more comfy!

Convenient for the business we had in town. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional yet warm. Particularly the woman handling breakfast in the morning was attentive, quick, and clearly appreciated team member. It is nice that there is always breakfast and 24/7 coffee.

The quality of breakfast could definitely be improved. The eggs are the biggest ding on this front, some nicely cooked eggs would do wonders, the chopped up like kielbasa type sausage is a disappointment compared to simply having normal breakfast sausage. But all in all does the job!

IT WAS. VERY FRIENDLY WELCOMING STAFF THROUGHOUT THE STAY. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND HARDWORKING STAFF. ROOM WONDERFUL. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

NOISE FROM HOTEL HUM ELEVATORS AND MACHINES LOUD AND WINDOW CURTAINS BY A/C DID NOT BLOCK THE LIGHT AS CUTAWAY FOR A/C. I pulled long curtain over and held it in place with chair, IT WORKED PRETTY GOOD THAT WAY. Otherwise very great 2 evenings. I WOULD CHOISE A DIFFERENT ROOM AS WAS BY ROOMS USED BY MACHINERY AND PEOPLE BY ELEVATORS THAT THE ELEVATORS MADE NOISE HUM AS WELL. TOO NOISY. Would not use THAT room again, at a corner by the pool outside, and exit door and high traffic, and machinery and elevator loud hums.

Very friendly staff. The first room we were given had a tobacco smell. We asked to change and the lady at the front desk promptly gave us an alternative. The Mexican restaurant by next door was recommended by the front desk lady and was simply amazing (she gave us other tips too -thank you!). Breakfast was also very good with several alternatives. But better to go earlier to avoid crowds. Free parking was a benefit.

Location may not be ideal: Lots of traffic to get to the LA. Tobacco smell in first room, but it got promptly changed.

The free breakfast was a very nice touch. The location was very convenient access to the church and freeway. There was plenty of restaurants around the hotel. I really liked that the parking spot was close to the door exit and my room was right next to the existing. Thank you for the stay.

The beds could have been queen size beds. And I really would appreciate good old time cleaning And refreshing the room especially the bathroom floor and vacuuming the carpet at least every other day. The coffee and tea station ran out.

Great location. Easy on and off I-10. Lots of great dining and shopping nearby. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Good breakfast. Professional, friendly staff. Nice place to stay in West Covina. Nice pool and fitness room.

Nothing not to like. Only thing missing: bathroom did not have any extra hooks to hang clothes or towels on. That is always nice to have and very appreciated.

This is my second review....I returned at end of my trip as enjoyed so much the first part of the month that it was easy to just rebook again, as overall, it was one of the better, comfortable, pleasant hotels I stayed at on my across country 51 day journey from FL to CA and return. Thank you. I recommended you to my friends and family who live in area . If I am ever in area again, I will definitely book with you again. Thanks for being so dog friendly as well; Toby enjoyed his stay also.

Clean, quiet, elevators were quick and quiet(stayed at 5th floor)checked in early- good there was available room ready for old weary travelers like us; breakfast ok. Very accessible to where we needed to go; very accommodating front desk people-shout out to Mariana!

Lobby too small and dark, need more lighting or fresh paint

The breakfast was awesome, loved that you had a waffle maker and fresh scrambled eggs. Loved the variety not just continental breakfast, lol.

In room #305, the refrigerator was a little awkward to open. It should have opened the same way the door does. Also, not being able to open the shades from both sides.... But other than that, the room was great. Very comfortable, Thank you!
