The room was clean and comfortable, and it appears that there has been recent remodeling. It is clear that management and staff place a high value on customer comfort, with plenty of clean towels and usual soaps, lotions provided. The linens were fresh and clean. The staff was quite helpful and attentive. The check in was quick and easy, as was the check out. The check in clerk was kind enough to provide a recommendation for a local specialty restaurant. The price point was excellent, and this was the best in class. I would certainly stay here again.

The usually comfort & safety.

I didn’t like that. I left money in my room and Cash yet when I returned back from work, it was not there. In the past in the recent past, I would tip the housekeepers from my own hand and headed to them personally and then know that, but I was told that the housekeeper that took the money Asked the other housekeepers if she should, and they told her no that I would hand the tips over to them I would never leave money in the room yet she took it upon herself to take the money still

This was a great stay - it was better than expected. It was clear they cared about the facilities and guests - our bathroom shower and the flooring in the room were newly renovated and beautiful, the hot water was excellent, lots of space for luggage, easy parking, lovely location (especially for LA) and lots of shops, places to eat and close to tourist spots (Huntington Library was amazing and just around the corner). No traffic noise or issues despite being on a main strip. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Unfortunately the bed was a little harder than expected and very, very squeaky. We are Australian and are used to waking up to loud birds in the morning but the parrots outside were extremely loud - not something the hotel can control unfortunately.

Great price for a motel that has been remodeled and updated with modern decor. We could smell how clean our room was and enjoyed the spacious living area.

Unfortunately we had some issues with the remote for the t.v. First one would not work so they gave us another one but that one wouldn't work either. I was so excited when I noticed the toilet had a bidet however, I couldn't get the darn thing to turn on. We called the office but they didn't seem to know either. All in all that wasn't a big deal and we will be coming bavk.

Breakfast was good specially for guests who have to rush quickly to work... Location is also accessible to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas within the half mile radius

Would be good if breakfast can be served and ready by 7:00 in the moring when some people are rushing to get off for work.

the bottom of the bed it's like every time i step in the bed I stabbed my toes & it's awfully noisy it's like a bomb that explode.I don't know what you call that thing around the bottom of the bed.Kindly change it to a wood or leave it bare 😁 other than that it was okay

It was very comfortable. And Peaceful. I enjoyed my stay very much. The desks attendants were very kind and attentive and understanding and very professional. I will recommend the establishment to all who r looking for where they can lay their heads in safety and in peace.

The limited parking & if I left to go get dinner at night during the weekend, I would lose the spot I was parked in & would have to park on a side street

The hot water and shower pressure being easily acquired

That the microwave did not work well and smelled like something was burning, and then the power went out on the entire room
