Location, room size

At the beginning the staff were not cooperative, however they’ve been changed after couple of days, I didn’t like their cleaning rules at all as they do not provide daily cleaning services which is not expected when you reserve under Marriot Name on the other hand it was not mentioned before I book or pay. Different charges were added on my cards which is again was not mentioned.

I tried paying for my guests and turned into 3 trips to the property, multiple phone calls and frantic guests (all during and after my wedding week). I spent hours on trying to straighten this out and the facility gave me minimal apology and no compensation for the confusion, frustration and time lost. My family has a large business in the area and had the potential for much business to the property but I will be returning to Embassy Suites for my lodging needs in the future.

Property was clean especially the bathroom.

Was in a room that had the option to connect to another room. As I was laying in bed I could hear the family next store entering their room which was understandable except for the kids speaking loud and messing with the adjoining door.

Location is great, right next to Brea mall, nice neighborhood, easy to get on to freeway. Staff was very helpful. Our original room is on the 1st floor, but there was bday party on the lobby floor and they are having karaoke at 11pm, our check-in time. The staff helped us to get a room on the 3rd floor. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety.

We travel a lot and this was a brand new property. This is the nicest hotel we have stayed at. We will stay here again. We. Couldn’t believe there was 8 electrical outlets just in the kitchen.!

Did not like the fact that booking didn’t put on the web site that there is 10.00 a night parking . I think this is not right

The hotel is new , clean and comfortable! The breakfast was good. My son was happy with the gym and I am glad that laundry facilities are available. My family and I had a great stay. We hope to stay here next time.

Most hotels don't collect parking fee but we need to pay USD10 daily.

Staff was very friendly. We liked the location, close to everything you want

Only thing I didn’t like was the 13.00 dollars a day for parking.

Only enjoyed coffee and an orange, but the breakfast selection looked good. Waffle bar, assorted cereals, assorted seasonal fruit and coffee /tea, pastries too

Everything was excellent. ALL staff members were attentative, kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Breakfast Not as good as the Hilton across the street

At booking I asked for early check in before 4 pm, we stopped by at 10 am to say hay we are around how about texting me when we can do early check in, did not happen, we arrived at 4 pm and room was not ready till 4:30
