Check in attendant upgraded our room as a courtesy for not fulfilling our special request for anniversary celebrations. The entire building was kept clean and maintained. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection with dietary accommodations for me.

The shower head water pressure was quite weak but usable and not a dealbreaker. There was also a daily $10 parking fee despite already paying for the room and access to the facility. Free wifi terms were not clear that only the basic internet (web browsing, emails) was free. I unknowingly paid $4.95 each night for the high speed internet.

Good location and friendly staff.

They charge you $10 a night for parking and it’s not even valet. Only one entrance in and out of hotel and parking lot is pretty empty, so don’t understand why they charge for parking. Not to mention no daily maid service. You have to schedule maid service and leave your trash outside your door for it to be picked up. Doesn’t make me feel like it’s all that clean.

· The bathroom was very clean and I liked their towels. · The bedroom looked pretty clean · Although didn't get the chance to use it, the fitness center seemed pretty well kept and even had a small corner with a large mirror that I could see myself dance at 👍

Maybe my only complaint would be the A/C, even at the lowest setting, is still quite loud, but still managed to sleep through it.

Of all the choices we picked Fairfield in Rosemead because of its location and cleanliness. The great customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The television wasn’t working and a staff member quickly came up to fix it. I was very pleased with my stay here. Breakfast was delicious, the hotel was very well maintained.

The setup inside the hotel lobby was a bit weird but still pretty cool. The room was perfect. Huge soft bed. Amazing shower. Pool was great. Balcony was lovely.

There was not anything that I had a major issue with. The hallways looked small but it might of been because of the paintjob. If you're short the hallways there will make you feel tall.

The bed was to hard, and the bathroom door, needs to be a sliding door, made crazy.
