The staff here is very excellent very nice to help you out the vending machine is very good everything's so clean but they can boost up on the breakfast the same stuff every morning just doesn't seem right they need to cook some eggs or cook some bacon and sausage instead of this package wrapper stuff sometimes the cereal stale but other than that everything else is excellent

Customer service was lovely. The staff was very warm and friendly and that's always a huge deal to me. Hospitality is not an easy trade. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Considering how cold it was outside, it was still warm enough inside, we didn't even need additional blankets or a heater. Well insulated. The lighting was new and not harsh at all, a pretty welcoming comfortable room.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything. I can tell that some of the furniture was ready for some replacing, possibly damaged from previous customers. But I'd still say the hotel did a great job at maintaining. We'd still definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly, room was very very clean, and comfortable. The location was close to Knott’s Berry Farm where we spent the day. Would highly recommend!

Note there is a $50 CASH deposit needed at check in. Will be returned though at the end of your stay if there were no issues.

The cleanliness of the room and how updated it was compared to other hotels I been at for the same price.

That the Sunday morning worker is rude and that there were no breakfast as mention on the site about eggs, sausage, bacon etc. they only had coffee, orange juice, cereal with no milk and bananas. I was very disappointed to where we left to get our own breakfast.

Great experience for a Super 8. We got a free upgrade with a jacuzzi tub, and the manager was so nice that we didn't have to pay for the incidentals deposit. Great location as well. Pool on site.

Some of the doors were a bit sticky and somehow a roach came out of the hot tub jets/plumbing one night. Otherwise, it was great.

Comfortable beds, we appreciated the lift to the rooms on the second floor. Nice staff. Mini shop at the reception (cash only).

No coffee machine in the room. Very very simple basic breakfast with sitting area for like 5- 6 people only.

Location is great Clean Staff is nice I was expecting a proper Breakfast, but they have breakfast on the go with flakes milk juice and coffee only. Booking.com should inform travelers that their breakfast is not a normal breakfast. Room AC was very noisy need repair. Water from taps is mostly warm not hot.

Noisy AC Breakfast

The breakfast was juice, fruit, coffee and muffins. Perfect to start the morning. But we still needed to get breakfast down the road.

One of our rooms was booked for non smoking and it ended up being a smoking room. The hotel was booked so they were not able to switch it.

I requested a first floor room and the only available was a smoking one so I took it however even though I staid in a smoking room it was clean did not smell like smoke
