It was a newer hotel, super clean and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and was perfect for our partial disability needs. The staff were very helpful and kind and yet maintained a caring professionalism. The house keepers were very attentive to our needs . The grounds crew showed a pride in their hotel with excellent maintenance. The breakfasts were very good and the food selection was tops! The location was perfect. We were within driving distance of Simi Valley, San Pedro and parts south. We loved coming back each day to our home away from home!!

The property was extremely clean and beautiful, it seemed like it was a brand new hotel. The staff was friendly, the location was great for so many different places, and the breakfast was amazing!

The property was very well maintained, carpets and floors were clean, rooms were so nice, pool was beautiful.

The clerk was super kind and courteous. We arrived from our cruise super early before check-in & she was so helpful. She checked in our bags and shared locations of restaurants nearby. She also allowed us to use the restroom. I can't express how much peace of mind she provided us just from being kind. Also, great breakfast, clean room, laundry and gym were all pluses!!

The property is new and extremely clean. The manager was very accommodating. The breakfast is quite good. Very friendly staff. We were re-going a home remodel and not sure how many days we would need at the hotel and William the manager was extremely accommodating in giving us an open ended stay. Even though the remodel was stressful, it was a pleasure going back to the hotel every night.  I definitely recommend.

The breakfast was pretty good, on par with Best Western Plus. The room was big spacious and very comfortable where I was able to catch up on some work. Excellent parking, with a small shop for essentials and snacks.

The location was not near restaurants so you could not easily walk there. You need a car in this location.

It is clean, spacious. The room is being cleaned daily with change of bedsheets and towels.

Street noises were an all night. I got very little sleep. For my 3 nights stay, very, very noises. I don't think, my next visit to California; I will not stay at this hotel.

There wasn’t much breakfast, everything was empty even the regular coffee

Had booked thru booking. Com. When checked in said we hadn’t paid but we had. There was a decrepentcy in taxes (less than 2 dollars) said in lobby over 45 minutes on phone trying to get corrected. Finally said ok but needed to put card down for damages, did and they charged it for tax correction, never use booking. Com on Holiday Inn again.

New clean facility that is a quick drive in and out of L.A. attractions. Rooms are a great size and incredibly clean. The mattress and pillows were heavenly!

The pool was tiny and not heated otherwise the property is great for the cost!
