Clean, good staff, within walking distance of my work.

There are too many lights in the room. I have a hard time sleeping. I must unplug (if possible) or cover all the appliance lights. The fire detector is the worst. It’s so distracting that it wakes me up at night. It’s the same feeling as a plane’s lights. That is not hyperbole. They are way too bright. The chair is horrible. You can not spend a large amount of time sitting on it. If this is a business hotel, you should have business chair. I was unable to sit and work. And this was necessary as I was sick for 2.5/5 day stay. I couldn’t open the window. No fresh air. Completely cooped up for days. Horrible. I’ve stayed here before several times. This is definitely the last time I stay here.

Clean and wonderful staff from the desk person to the cleaning people. All were professional. The morning & day staff were a lot more smiley than the evening staff but they were still professional.

Just a couple small things: 1. In the King size suite @$300/ night, when I noticed the fold out couch didn’t have any linen, blanket, or pillows and I asked someone about getting some, the front desk person said I could come get them. I actually was surprised a bit that none was already in the room in a closet or someplace and that no one offered to come make the bed. 2. Lastly, how cool would it be to have a fold out partition to separate the two sleeping sections (The king bed from the fold out section of the room)?

Modern, clean, and newer hotel.

We checked in about 11pm when there were two front desk people who were not occupied with any other guests. Once we got to the room and got comfortable and changed into our sleeping attire, we noticed that there were no wine glasses, drinking glasses or even paper cups in our room. We called and asked if there were any available and were told that they had no glasses atall and did not provide paper cups either the guestrooms. We asked if they could please bring up the paper cups that were available, a short elevator ride up and were told "No, you will have to come and get them yourself". Not great hospitality coming from someone in the hospitality business.

I liked the booths in the dinning room, fireplaces, fire pits and tv outside. Nice size shower too.

No fresh eggs and meat for breakfast. When I opened the metal container inside were microwave breakfast sandwiches and hard boiled eggs.

The variety of the food was great. Choices included waffles with syrup and blueberry compote, oatmeal, a daily choice of egg dishes, cereals, breads, and juices. Everything was clean.

Very clean and relaxing! Set back from a busy street, but quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. Local coffee and restaurants walking distance. Beautiful back patio and small clean pool.

Thanks for offering breakfast, it is very convenient with kids because they could come down on their own and eat by themselves. It is great to have a nice clean and practical hotel near my parents house. We did not have this option before.

I used the working table and the chairs make noise when we move. All it needs is to protection with feltrum at each chair leg.

We ended up booking a room with a king bed and a sofa bed for a family of 5 (kids 10, 8 and 2) And there was plenty of room. There's no separation between the sofa bed and bed however each section has its own TV. It was a very last minute it's really hot at home getaway. The beds were very comfortable however my children did complain about how " springy" the mattress was on the sofa bed. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was decent. (You had your choice of waffles, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, breakfast sandwiches and yogurt.) For drinks you have four different types of juices, coffee, water, and chocolate milk for kids) The hotel also has a gym and water filling stations all over the hotel. Good location close to the 605 freeway, good restaurant (family friendly and adult). All in all it was a very comfortable state.

The pool premises are a bit small and there is no shade. You do not get shaded until around 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. And that's only shade from the hotel when the sun is going down. The seating space is limited in the pool as well. There were only two benches and four chairs for sitting in the pool area.

The hotel is beautiful and kept up well. The rooms are very nice and spacious.

There is virtually no sound proofing between floors. I initially was on the 3rd floor but moved to the 4th because I could hear every step and conversation from the room above me quite well.

Sophia checked me in at about 10.30 pm and she was very cheery and had a great personality. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was vey comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic. I really enjoyed the huge shower.

Breakfast was over at 9.30. And cleaned up fast! I kinda wished they would have waited a little.
