the location was very good for where we needed to be , close to (walking distance) to a liquor store, gas station and even possibly a grocery store as well, we even walked to a swap meet a block away. i liked that the furniture was nice and not uncomfortable , the room had a nice fridge as well. very simple and easy check in and check out , as well as 24hr service from the people at the front! it was also pretty clean despite being old. the ac kept the room very cool for us as well.

there are very minor things that can always be fixed that my boyfriend and i noticed. it could use a couple upgrades as well. first , you can tell it is older, the floors/bathroom ceilings had some cracks but nothing to terrible. the sink and shower floor were stained with paint i believe so that was that. the tv was quite small but we were told there were new owners and that would be upgraded very soon so that’s nice. all in all it was a nice stay and you can’t be too picky , the bed was comfortable and generally you’re not in your room most of time on vacation anyways, we really had minor to no issues at all.

The owners are exceptionally understanding and helpful from my experience. Always around if you need something and very accommodating. Would recommend for anyone struggling to find affordable housing short term. The neighbors all seem fine, and like a mix of transients and long term residents, but nothing seemed too worrisome in the area.

The only real complaint is that some of the things were broken like the lights in the room only had two bulbs that are very dim, and the shower was difficult to work. These were minor compared to the convenience for me personally, though.

The staff here are the most pleasant and kindest you will ever find, rooms are immaculate and atmosphere is safe. A very good energy and the other guests seem to always have a smile and cheerful attitude. I wish I could convey my recommendation of this motel suite better. prices are very reasonable and did I mention the staff? very kind and genuinely friendly.

Not every room has a microwave and I found the convenience made the stays more enjoyable in the rooms with them. But all rooms have fridges with freezer top and fridge bottoms.

This place has an awesome staff. The management is super friendly and hospitable. The location is walking distance to everything you need. The rooms are clean with full size refrigerators. There is no riff raff hanging around. The property is well maintained. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

There's nothing not to like.

checking in was easy. I was attended by Joel and he made me feel very welcomed and was just overall kind during checking in and out. The room was spacious and clean. King sized bed was comfortable although they only offered 2 small pillows. Water pressure was great; hot was hot and cold was cold. No bugs at all! This is a great budget motel for travelers visiting Knotts Berry Farm as it’s less than a mile away. For Disneyland guests it’s less than $15 for an Uber from here so that’s not bad at all.

The hotel manager along with his wife are one of the most hospitable, and friendly folks that run a hotel around here. Exceptionally clean rooms.

There is nothing I don't like about the staff, the hotel itself, and the area in general. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I will always come back.
