I liked the central location that was pretty easy to get to as well as how kind the staff was and the room was nice as well and I loved the bathtub and the bed was very comfy to sleep in. It was a nice experience

Staff at check in was very friendly. Room was except few hair on the ground clean.

The door to my bathroom was broken and didn't open well. One of the hinges wasn't in a best condition.

the staff was the best part. the owners of the hotel were super friendly. when there was an issue with our room they were very accommodating and gave us another room. would definitely stay again.

It was clean all around and inside as well

Not so much parking alot of.people came in multiple cars was afraid to leave because I would lose my parking spot

Other than that I thought the place was amazing for these particular reasons : It's was in a rather industrial/ blue collar area and somewhat hidden . Hits has a basic simple style which can be off setting again to certain people with certain needs. BUT when you enter in to your basic roo, you are almost blown away by the modern L.A.style of the HUGE room with only a few propritary decorating moves that made it feel just like a boutique Weho stop.And it was clean with heat/ ac and all for such a reasonable price And again I like places that I can comfortably "hide" from the world now and then and this place fits the bill unless u live just a few blocks down lol

Well I really liked everything except they wanted a $50 charge up front for any smoking or damages and I wasn't aware( either fault of them or me) AND the bedframe structure is kinda on the thinner SQUEAKY side. And no snack machine. These are all just constructive mention .

Quiet

Elevator NOT working, I had to climb to 3rd floor and have sciatica pain. Bed comforter was wet/kind of gooey (lubricant)when requested another one they said they didn't have replacement or extra sheets. Guy was pretty rude about it and was not willing to accommodate in any way, we asked for another room or refund

The bed was really comfy ☺️ My and my boyfriend were really surprised on how calm and peaceful this location is, It’s now out favorite place, Not too far from the city. Complimentary snacks and huge bed!
