the hotel is in a safe location, and they offer free parking on site, in a courtyard of the hotel. the room was big and comfortable. The hotel has a very good breakfast (includes eggs, sausages, toast, sweet pastries, apples and oranges- we always appreciate fresh fruit...) and there are multiple breakfast area seating options. It has an outside pool (right before the breakfast room). It was only about 25 minute drive to Warner Bros studios.

There was a bunch of hair on the carpet as well as a beer cap in the corner. They should do a bit better job with cleaning. check in was pretty slow.

Exceeded my expectations. Hotel has all the commodities you need for a convenient and pleasant stay whether for families or for business. Clean, comfy and spacious rooms, good bathrooms with all the amenities,very professional and friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast, free parking, near to supermarket and fast food places, pharmacy next door, quiet and safe environment, balcony, fridge in the room, good WiFi. Good choice if you’re going to the Rose Bowl Stadium.

The pool needs to be cleaned and maybe remodeled, carpets in the hallway need to be replaced.

I have never been to a hotel that literally smells and sounds like I’m at a fancy spa resulting in an instant feeling of peace and relaxation! Sounds weird yes but oh so wonderful! The staff was lovely and the rooms were comfy and clean (the room even had disposable slippers and some snacks too)! The little extra touches made this place stand out for sure! We were in town for a track meet at South Pasadena HS and it was a nice walk to get there. Also had some delicious ice cream (cash only) at a nearby local ice cream shop! Location was quiet as well. My only feedback would be to add a description to the “add-ons” for the porridge (we had no idea what it was but after asking it was dried pork and dried radish which is not something my tastebuds are use to so knowing what it was would have prepared me more for the explosion of flavor I was about to get from eating it ;) and having a herbal tea option as the tea options were either black or green. All in all, what a great stay and would highly recommend! Oh, and the dinner/food vending machine was so much fun!

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms, modern amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and a pleasant stay. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to Pasadena and Los Angeles, making it convenient for exploring the area.

While my stay was overall enjoyable, I noticed that the soundproofing could be improved, as occasional noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was audible. Additionally, the breakfast selection could offer more variety.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean .

No safe or microwave in the room. Refrigerator was good to have. One day, the elevator was not working properly, which caused some concern that it might not work on the day we need to get to the airport. Fortunately, everything worked out. Also, parking space is very limited. The bathroom is too narrow for a person to use the sink and someone to use the toilet.

I have traveled through almost all the countries of the world, but I have never seen a better ratio of price and quality of services provided than in this hotel! Usually in hotels in California and especially in hotels in Los Angeles you pay very expensive and often unreasonably high prices, but in this accommodation you get comfort, cleanliness, delicious food and all the amenities of the highest class!! Many thanks to everyone who works at this hotel and manages all this, thank you for being at such a high level!!

I recommend adding security with key access to the elevator to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the hotel premises!

The breakfast was delicious with hot porridge and a wide variety of options, including the unexpected treat of waffles, along with hash browns and potato chunks. Additionally, there were fruits (bananas, oranges, apples), yogurt, and probiotics. I never expected such a diverse breakfast at this price range. The availability of 24-hour hot water, coffee, and even instant noodles was a pleasant surprise. The staff's friendly and helpful attitude in addressing any concerns added to the positive experience. Overall, it was excellent, especially when compared to the stark contrast with the GreenTree Inn in Pasadena – like night and day.

Stayed in a room on the second floor above the main entrance, where there was a slight noise disturbance at night. However, upon notifying the staff promptly, they were willing to assist in changing the room. Especially when traveling for business rather than leisure, a good night's sleep is crucial, and their responsiveness to address the issue was greatly appreciated.

We stayed for two nights with 2 kids and a baby, the bedroom was comfortable and clean, it was cleaned while we were out between the 2 nights. Breakfast was good for us and the staff was always helpful and kind. We recommend this hotel and would use it again in the future.

just a couple hairs on the bathtub when we arrived, But everything smelled good and the bed sheets were clean.

Luckman Theater destination. --on-site Parking available. --Excellent and very pleasant staff. --Property is kept immaculate. --Our room was quiet with a very comfortable bed. --Walgreens' located next door. Mobil and Target within easy walking distance. --Enjoyed the varied breakfast choices.

None of the following greatly affected our stay. We will return. --(1 o/n on Floor 2) There was a little mishap with our room key not working in the morning after returning from breakfast. --There was an ice bucket provided in our room but no sign where to collect ice. (The ice is available in Lobby floor's coffee room.) --We found the TV channel(s)availability confusing. It is set up with Roku. My husband tried, for some time, to find E.S.P.N. --Far corner lamp wasn't working.

The hotel is extremely clean and well located in Pasadena. The staff was super polite and helpful. We wanted to avoid downtown LA and be somewhere nicer and since we had our car, it was easy and quick to reach places to eat, mall, attractions. We were going to Las Vegas after a week in LA, so access to the freeway was also a plus without having to go through the whole city and be stuck in traffic.

The breakfast options could be improved. Only very sugary options (very standard in the US), waffles, cereal, coffee and some ultra processed pastries and bread. It would be nice to have some fruit and maybe ham/cheese.
