I recently stayed at TownePlace Suites in Monrovia and overall had a very pleasant experience. The facility feels very new and well-maintained, with everything spotless and modern. It’s conveniently located near Old Town Monrovia, which offers a charming atmosphere with great dining and shopping options, and it’s also close to several local companies, making it ideal for business travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.

One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. While the food itself was decent, I was disappointed to see that nearly everything was served in single-use plastic. From the utensils to the packaging, there was a lot of unnecessary plastic waste. It would be great to see more sustainable options in the future.

The desk staff is very welcoming and attentive. Our light, bright suite was lovely, clean and remarkably quiet, especially given the property's proximity to I-210 and a major cross-town artery. Monrovia's charming historic downtown and Friday night street market are just a moderate walk away, and the views of the nearby San Gabriel Mountains are grand.

The suite's well-appointed kitchenette could benefit from the addition of a small table and a couple of chairs. The powerful A/C unit may be challenging, if one prefers less sound or a more moderate air flow. These minor issues pale, however, in comparison with the overall pleasantness, comfort and hospitality of this impressive new property.

The kitchenette was a good surprise, it has a full fridge, 2-burner electric cook top, not that you'll think about cooking when you're not too far from the restaurants in Arcadia. Clean unit, feels like one can stay here a while. Had families in Pasadena and Covina, location is center to these cities. New hotel. Great staff , get breakfast elsewhere. Capital dimsum and din Tai fung no too far away.

The staff was super helpful and friendly . The location was spot on. We'll within walking distance to the Monrovia Street fair. The parking was great. The room had way more than you should. Oh and I'm gonna mess up his name, Ronnie super nice, the gentleman the checked us in.

I did not have the breakfast. I was visiting family members on this trip and I ate my meals with them. This hotel was picked because of its location to my family.

Nothing. I was very pleased with everything.

Hotel uses a 3rd party vender for parking - and you have to use their app to pay and set up. Why? Just add parking fee to the bill (LIKE EVERYONE ELSE) instead of having to use an app that did not work that well on my phone not did it tell me the price beforehand.

Excellent room, service, you have many supermarkets very close to the hotel, some of them by walking. You really save money.

It was all perfect. If I have to come back, I will repeat.

Very clean, better than most of five star hotels. There’s a full kitchen in the room, very helpful if you are traveling with family. There is even a sofa bed that your kids can sleep in. Laundry is also convenient.

Loved the location. Walking distance from food and shops. Rooms were perfectly lit. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast had a small selection. Wast mostly oats and cereals. Eggs were cold and did not look appetizing.
