The staff was very nice and accommodating. I liked that the floors absorbed sound very well and that we had an actual door for our bathroom. The room was the perfect size with a very nice bed and view.

The hotel was under renovation so the elevators weren’t super nice looking and there was also paint on one of the doorknobs in the room. We weren’t provided any kind of soaps or lotions in the bathroom so we resorted to using the body wash to clean our hands. The shower head was a bit low on the wall so it’s not easy to use if you’re tall.

I like the assistance that was given to me from the time I walked in. It was very clean should be a 9 or 10. Food location near was great as well. If you have a family member that maybe in the City of Hope Hospital this is a great location to decompress for a second. Great location, staff, and cleanliness

That I didn't get the names of the 2 receptionist that assisted me To give them a shout out and a big thank you. Wish the balcony was unlocked, but if it's due to safety issues I do understand.

Friendly staff. Loved that they had a night desk person as our plane was delayed over two and a half hours and we didn’t arrive till after 2am. Was so relieved that they had a little restaurant on sight that made a delicious breakfast bowl and could accommodate my dairy allergy. So convenient and appreciated.

. One small annoyance was that one of the elevators was out of service and it made getting down (not up for some reason) from the fourth floor very slow.

Monrovia does not offer anything complimentary for breakfast. Not even coffee. The ground floor (lobby) is very cold and uninviting. Hospitals have better lobbies. Very disappointing. Next time I will choose the Radisson next door because of the overall atmosphere.

The breakfast was too expensive and there were no options other than the buffet. The overall price was much higher than I have paid previously and the room was much less comfortable. The toilet was at a weird angle and it block the towel bar to hang wet towel.

The room was arranged in a weird way in comparison to the rooms on previous stays. The breakfast was to expensive and didnʻt have a cheaper option.

The room was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. The couch was comfortable and nice to sit on while watching tv. The view of the mountains was nice.

Location was close to where I wanted to be. The view was great overlooking the city of Monrovia and the mountains. Room service kept the room clean and stocked with supplies.

It would have been nice to have a microwave included.

The room they originally put us in was already occupied, and the room they moved us to was on a lower floor and an ADA room. I wish we could’ve stayed on the same floor we were originally put on.

It should b small breakfast included just like embassy suits. And the rooms should b clean daily

Location good, room was ready when I arrived a bit early, felt secure on the grounds and the coffee was great.

The cooling system kept resetting and as a result I could not keep the temp at a steady 74 degree level. It reverted back to 85 degrees repeatedly which was very frustrating.
