One of the things that really matter to me when staying in a hotel is the cleanliness. This place has gone above and beyond to assure that this place is clean and sanitary! I never saw a bed bug a roach a flea or tick! Considering this is an extended stay with kitchens stoves and full fridges, and is also PET FRIENDLY this says A LOT!! The new general manager here, Michael , has also made my stay absolutely one of the better experiences I’ve ever had staying in any hotel. He is professional and has excellent interpersonal skills both with his staff as well as his guests. He has been able to make me feel at home and communicate my needs so effectively that I forgot I ever needed anything by time it’s done. I can tell the staff also has a ton of respect for him and again, me noticing that as a guest says A LOT! The staff is also very welcoming and professional, and it shows from the well kept rooms to the front desk how dedicated they are to good customer service ! I would definitely recommend anyone staying here, 100x over!

Like the entire property and the privacy they offer for us. Shoutout to the entire team members from this location.

I did not like the unvacuumed carpet in the room. Tub had hairs and speckles of what looked like grout. Nothing major for me but as a business I believe this information is more helpful than negative.

The price was amazing it was clean the room was great. The location is great lot of restaurants in the area.

The service was not the greatest probably better to others felt a lil unwelcome but overall great people if your welcomed in the area.

Our room was missing a hair dryer and bar stool. When we signed in, the gentleman from Italy was not friendly and had to wait for him too long Our room had mold in the bathroom

really enjoyed our stay ended up staying 9 nights instead of 2 nights . Michael checked us in he was helpful and very nice. great customer service. very nice people. will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable room, clean, full size refrigerator, big closet. So many restaurant choices right across the street.

The Representatives Justine, was very accommodating, regarding concerns and insured all my needs were met durring my 5 day stay. It was also very pleasant to Speak with the Hotel Manager Audrey. Who is very informative about this cain for my future travels. Overall I had a great time with them.

There rooms go fast I missed being able to reserve and pay for 2 rooms because other were able to reserve and book before I could finish the process in⅝

I was there for a class reunion and needed to bring my dog and the location was perfect and close to a great dog park and the sitter I had for my dog during the reunion.

I was not told there would be an additional charge for my pet when I booked or called. I felt the price of the room was reasonable until I had to pay $50 extra for my pet. I probably wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew tha. Over $300 for two nights is a bit over my budget. Usually I stay at La Quinta and there rates are a bit less and they do not charge for pets and amenities are comparable. Also there was no pet area to let your dog relieve itself. There was a noisy family down the hall that kept putting large bags of trash outside the side door which was a bit disconcerting. But I did feel safe and my room was on the first floor near the lobby which was great.
